Pros Customer support is a key factor for me. Constant and always available, quick replies, and very helpful feedback. You can quickly make all the changes you need. The support team was great - I got immediate answers to my questions via the live chat, they helped me correct the mistake I made and explained how to set up the conditions in the future. Cons At times it seemed as if it was not syncing fast enough with the Google Merchant Center. And when you have to set up conditions, it takes a couple of tries to get it right. Savings hundreds of dollars instead of hiring a company. When its all said and done our sales are about the same with the big company versus Datafeedwatch. Cons Great customer support but they are not in my time zone. When contacting them I have to wait for a response​, usually next day. Its also been difficult having support in a different timezone. Pros We've used a few Feed Management platforms before and each has its pros and cons. DataFeedWatch can be quite advanced and you have to know what you're doing, but if you do, you can pretty much customise your Feeds to almost any level of granularity you need for any channel. Cons With the advanced management features comes quite a steep learning curve. If you don't require fine grained granular control, there may be simpler solutions available. Pros The UI is not the easiest to work with but overall it's an excellent tool. Plus the support is some of the best support I've interacted with for Shopify Apps. Makes the UI issues go away for me because of how fast they solve problems. Cons The UI could be improved a bit but it's not too bad and honestly, it just takes a little getting used to. I would recommend this over any other feed managment service that I've used. Pros It does a lot of things very well, but my best experience with it is it's great customer service. So quick and helpful! Even with things outside of the Datafeedwatch platform. Cons I feel it is very intuitive and if you're stuck , there are a lot of resources on their site to guide you. Fantastic customer support team, they have been very responsive and they know how to get stuff done. Lots of configuration options for special cases with products. Thankfully with DataFeedWatch, this is made very easy. The interface is easy to understand and navigate through. By far the best thing is being able to add new attributes to a feed in seconds. As Google Shopping is constantly evolving and their policies are updating, being able to quickly respond through DataFeedWatch is fantastic. Overall for our e-commerce business, having DataFeedWatch on our side is an asset. Pros Easy to use. Quick to load. Fantastic customer service. Cons Nothing. It does exactly what we want it to do.
