Pros

I have liked the banking processes it offers: cash withdrawal, cash deposits and its timely bank statement readiness. Its a good online bank also for small business owners.

Cons

When servers are down and interrupts past transactions. Customer help needs to be easier as well.

Pros

This product is feature rich and easy to use. Integration and adoption within the Bank was quick and smooth.

Cons

It is still too early to tell. We need more time to assess the longevity of the platform with changing marketing standards.

Reasons for choosing Digibanc

The development team and the support team. Also, compared to alternatives, this product stood out better in terms of features and adoption.

My overall experience with BankSmart is very amazing as i am using this incredible software for more than 10 years. BankSmart provides a very easy to use interface which allow users to perform its duties without any hasstle.

Pros

I am using BankSmart to carry on daily duties of branch banking operations such as Account Opening, Cash Withdrawal, Cash Deposits, Cheque Clearing, Delivering Bank Statements, Local and Online Transfers and other services of retail banking. BankSmart is a leading banking software in Pakistan and there reliability and cost effectiveness suits small and large both the banks to implement and build strong base for future growth.

Cons

All the features are up to mark of this banking software the only thing which i feel that sometime due to server break down or interruption we have to post transactions again.
