Great, I'm part time, so even when the months I'm not open in not wasting money because of the price.

Pros

It's easy to use and the price is perfect. It scans the cards and I love that everything is online,people don't lose a card.

Cons

My only issue is that after you do the stamps it says "How easy was that". That is not necessary every time.

Overall im happy as a business owner as i haven’t faced any issues so far, i would recommend also going to point loyalty systems such as a score system, this would be more useful for our customers to have.

Pros

Easy to use and very good for business and customer. We have been using it for almost three years now and we are happy with what we getting

The fact that i had to upgrade our account just for the sake of adding more users is little bit concerning as the price went really up.

Ease of use. It is very easy to use for both me and my clients. Signing up is easy too with the QR code.

All good since we use it. Easy sign up for our customers. And also super easy for our staff. Would be better if people can scan their code themselves with just a button to approve for us directly.

Pros

Easy to use. people prefer the digital wallet card compared to a paper loyalty card. It would be nice for them to understand quicker how many gifts / drinks are free to redeem.

Cons

it would be nice to receive updated database directly once a week / month. I also wish they could receive notifications directly on their phones

On customer data, many businesses connect Loopy Loyalty to a CRM or spreadsheet via Zapier or Make, allowing new enrolments to sync automatically or be compiled into regular updates. Notifications are supported, but can depend on the customer's device settings, such as Apple Wallet notifications being turned off, or variations across Android devices. Smooth, simple, and effective—Loopy Loyalty just works. It keeps our customers engaged, our staff happy, and our brand connected across all locations. A smart, no-fuss loyalty solution we genuinely enjoy using.

Pros

We’ve been using Loopy Loyalty in our franchised stores for over three years now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our operations. The system is very easy for our staff to use, and signing up customers is quick and seamless. What really stands out is the flexibility—our customers can use their loyalty card across all our locations, which adds real value and strengthens the brand experience. On top of that, the support team has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever needed.

Cons

The only real drawback we’ve experienced is that if a customer doesn’t download and save their loyalty card to their phone, the only way to access it is through the back office. This can slow things down a bit at the point of sale. That said, the support team is very open to feedback and feature requests, and we’re confident this could be improved in the future—potentially by adding this functionality to the front-of-house application.

Pros

The program was very simple to use, easy to access thru the website on my phone and budget friendly!

Cons

I don’t love that you can’t include pictures or flyers on your push notifications or text messages. :(

My overall experience with Loopy Loyalty has been very positive. It works well for the market and has proven effective in generating strong customer support and repeat business. I have been using it for over five years now, and it has consistently delivered reliable results while remaining easy to manage.

Pros

Loopy Loyalty is extremely easy to use, with a simple setup process and an intuitive interface that makes managing digital loyalty cards effortless. It’s convenient for both businesses and customers, as everything is stored on mobile devices, eliminating the need for physical cards and making rewards quick and accessible anytime.

Cons

One drawback of Loopy Loyalty is that it can be rather difficult for clients using Android devices to add their loyalty cards. Unlike Apple users, Android users are often required to first download Google Pay, which adds an extra step to the process. This can be confusing or inconvenient for less tech-savvy customers and may discourage some from fully engaging with the loyalty program.

Overall, Loopy Loyalty is a useful and effective tool for running a loyalty program in our coffee shop. It’s easy to implement and helps drive customer retention. However, improving system stability and customer support would make it a much stronger solution.

Pros

Simple to use and easy for both staff and customers. The digital loyalty card replaces physical cards, making reward tracking much more convenient. It helps increase repeat visits and keeps customers engaged with minimal effort.

Cons

There are occasional errors during use, which can affect the experience at times. Also, customer support is limited to live chat only, and responses can take longer than expected. Having more support channels or faster response times would improve the experience.
