The online platform is very easy to use and the stamper app works great and very easy to use. Customer support is great, very helpful and responds really fast to questions.

Cons

Per month for the "Growth" plan is too expensive. It would be great to have the "Growth" plan for half that price.

My overall experience with Loopy Loyalty has been very positive. It works well for the market and has proven effective in generating strong customer support and repeat business. I have been using it for over five years now, and it has consistently delivered reliable results while remaining easy to manage.

Pros

Loopy Loyalty is extremely easy to use, with a simple setup process and an intuitive interface that makes managing digital loyalty cards effortless. It’s convenient for both businesses and customers, as everything is stored on mobile devices, eliminating the need for physical cards and making rewards quick and accessible anytime.

Cons

One drawback of Loopy Loyalty is that it can be rather difficult for clients using Android devices to add their loyalty cards. Unlike Apple users, Android users are often required to first download Google Pay, which adds an extra step to the process. This can be confusing or inconvenient for less tech-savvy customers and may discourage some from fully engaging with the loyalty program.

more frustrations than benefits thus far. Suggested improvements on customer side would make this an awesome app.

Pros

I like all the features available to a business owner. It is a very valuable tool to separate yourself from the crowd.

Cons

The app needs pop ups instructing customers through sign up or a banner "To Finalize enrollments, click add button to finalize enrollment and add to your wallet". I should not have to send a video or instructional card which I am currently having to do to new customers. The link alone left most confused and only enrolled, not installed. Additionally, on iPhones you can not see the entire message when the phone is locked. If I click on the message the card opens up and you do not see the message on the card. The only way the customer can see the message is to click on the bottom left corner on the "I". This is not discoverable by most customers without instructions.......WAY to much effort on customer side. .....

is basic, as of right now it works! I don't have much to say except it works at the moment. so have to write 100 words by force is crazy.

Pros

Easy to use. Very basic. I like that the card can. be saved in digital wallet. Nothign else stands out atm

Cons

I can't contact customer service right away. The app should have more features, such as customer lookup or the ability to send a link to sign up. or if costumer changes phone, they should be able to carry their reward card over.

I think having access to the customer info in the background would be helpful for business owners. We are already asking the customer to fill out a form. Also it would be nice if the card was not scanned for 30 days if the customer was notified "better hurry" before card expires.

Pros

When searching for ways to interact with my customers on a one-to-one or group basis, I am yet to come across a platform so easy and direct as Loopy Loyalty! The simple fact of sending a personalised message to a user couldn't be easier and the results couldn't be more rewarding for both my company or the customer receiving their latest reward/stamp. I also loved how I could personalise the stamps to make their fit my company brand and give it that extra luxurious touch!

Cons

There is very little I don't like about the product as it's efficientcy and power is everything I asked for. The only thing I have suggested to support is for the personalised name tag to be viewable on the pass and they replied immediately with a suggestion it maybe included in the near future! Thanks!

What I like most about Loopy is that it allow business to connect with customers without app development required. We can notify customers of a specific promotion with text messages.

Cons

What I dislike about Loopy is that the setup process does take time to be complete. It is great that we can customize our stamp page but there is some restrictions and difficulty while doing it.

Awesome there is just a huge time difference that has been a bit of a struggle it is easy to the software is easy to use the set up is a little hard but I u derstand it is necessary to get the customer set up

I guess if I could always stay logged in on my phone that would be helpful! Unless I were to shut my phone completely off also customers unsure of what the wallet is

Cons

Customers get no sign up confirmation via email. They have no clue how to redeem rewards for it says nothing like YOU HAVE A REWARD, REDEEM NOW or anything like that. I have wasted money all these months paying you guys. Useless program.Most unfriendly app ever! Customers have no clue how to redeem rewards nor do i.

Hi Melanie, we're sorry that your experience hasn't been positive. When a customer has earned a reward after collecting the required stamps, the reward will be displayed on the back of the pass and a lock screen notification is send when the reward is earned. To redeem the reward, you can scan the card using the stamper app (in the same way as you add stamps) and any rewards will be listed and can be redeemed from the stamper app.

The setup pages were clear, easy to follow and understand. It was great to have a free trial offered so you could test out the Loyalty card for a while. There are well thought out, easy instructions for customers and as well as staff members.

We’ve been using Loopy Loyalty in our franchised stores for over three years now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our operations. The system is very easy for our staff to use, and signing up customers is quick and seamless. What really stands out is the flexibility—our customers can use their loyalty card across all our locations, which adds real value and strengthens the brand experience. On top of that, the support team has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever needed.

Cons

The only real drawback we’ve experienced is that if a customer doesn’t download and save their loyalty card to their phone, the only way to access it is through the back office. This can slow things down a bit at the point of sale. That said, the support team is very open to feedback and feature requests, and we’re confident this could be improved in the future—potentially by adding this functionality to the front-of-house application.

All good since we use it. Easy sign up for our customers. And also super easy for our staff. Would be better if people can scan their code themselves with just a button to approve for us directly.

Pros

Easy to use. people prefer the digital wallet card compared to a paper loyalty card. It would be nice for them to understand quicker how many gifts / drinks are free to redeem.

Cons

it would be nice to receive updated database directly once a week / month. I also wish they could receive notifications directly on their phones

Notifications are supported, but can depend on the customer's device settings, such as Apple Wallet notifications being turned off, or variations across Android devices. We continue to work with Apple and Google to improve this. On self-scanning, staff control is usually needed to manage how many stamps are issued, but we’re always exploring ways to make this faster and more seamless.

I like to use this to help me improve my customer care services. its so easy to use for me and customer also

Pros

Point accumulation is so easy to use, and my customer like it how it easy it was. Hopefully it can be used for reaching more customer

Cons

Nothing so far, cause i never heard a complain from my customer or either my staff. The explanation maybe could be improve bu multi language just by one click.
