Manager Marketing Computer Software Used the software for: 2+ years ### "There is no process I want to build and I can't, great functionalities, great support" July 10, 2020 4.0 very good, product releases, onboarding, email blasts, just landing pages,... Pros A really easy interface, the technology is much smarter than Mailchimp for instance. It is based on each email so there is no duplications. Also building journeys and automation is really easy. It contains landing pages creation (which can be a bit complicated, although the grad and drop UI, the support team is amazing). Great product overall. You have the option to target different lists in the same email. Cons It sometimes contains bugs, it is not Hubspot but the price is far from being Hubspot and they deliver most of the features. Landing pages could use refresh templates and advanced options. Also a timer count down could be a nice thing to add an email. Cons As someone who is pretty good at using technology, ו find it ever so difficult to understand what the different tools do. It needs much more explanations, tutorials and videos. I'm so very near leaving the platform just because I don't use anything but the basic email tools that even there, they've taken away some functions. Its allowed us to execute advanced CRM advertising including developing a robust VIP Club for members. We look forward to continuing to utilize Smoove moving forward. Pros I like the fact that we are able to very quickly and easily execute advanced CRM features and make hugely impactful marketing campaigns that have strong ROI. Cons Some of the more advanced functionality doesn't feel as intuitive as it could be and so we dont use it. I really like to work with videos and currently the system does not offer a dedicated tool for editing and creating marketing videos. Pros Easy, friendly, advanced and sophisticated. Can fit small and medium companies with limited resources. Cons Luck of training materials. Maybe because it's so easy. Cons too expensive for our needs. the API didn't work with out CRM . i dint find the interface friendly and it took me a while to get use to it.
