Overall, my experience with Xodo Sign has been positive. It’s a reliable and efficient tool for sending and signing documents electronically, especially for small to medium workflows where simplicity and speed are more important than advanced enterprise features. It saves time compared to manual signing processes and provides a smooth experience for both senders and recipients. With some improvements in advanced features and workflow customization, it could become an even stronger solution for business use.

Pros

What I like most about Xodo Sign is its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is straightforward, making it quick to upload documents, place signature fields, and send them for signing without a complicated setup. It works well for basic document workflows, and recipients can sign documents easily without needing to create an account. The turnaround time for signatures is fast, and the document tracking and status updates are helpful. It’s also convenient that it integrates well with common cloud storage services.

Cons

Some of the more advanced workflow and customization features are limited compared to larger e-signature platforms. Positive, and I've been using Xodo Sign since it was Eversign. The software is simple, quick, and does what I need it to do.

Pros

Xodo Sign is an incredibly easy to use e-sign software, and it works for small businesses like mine who don't need an institutional subscription to a contract service. The value for the money is great, and I've never had a client have issues using the platform. I appreciate the email notifications when someone opens the contract for the first time, and I also like how the signed contract is emailed to me immediately upon completion.

Cons

The cons are minimal. Sometimes I have to click on the documents page a few times for my contracts to show up. I also often have clients who request a contract to only book another business, and I don't like how they receive a cancellation email afterwards. I also have sometimes had to edit contracts, and the cancellation email has confused clients who are moving forward but awaiting the edits.

My overall experience is extremely positive as I would never hesitate to recommend it to other people in my industry, considering how little difficulty this program has had over the course of 3 1/2 years that I’ve been using it. I’m definitely a fan and will continue using it given the opportunity.

Pros

I have been using this product for almost 4 years, and have RARELY had a hiccup. Not only is it cost-effective as a business, but it is also extremely easy for my customers to use considering the intuitive prompts given for anyone that I asked to use it. Document management has been seamless for both myself and my customers, and I almost forget about the issues I dealt with beforehand with other E-sign platforms. The level of integration that this program has with my estimation software in Builder Prime is top notch, and I will continue to recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Cons

If it is even considered a con, I would say that the only issues that have risen over the course of my time using XODO Signh almost entirely tied to other service providers, not having the bandwidth to integrate e-signature 24 seven. Customers that I’ve worked with that are a little bit older have had almost no issues using this, but occasionally they will get confused with the E sign process in general that is not specific to XODO.

Very easy to use and straightforward. Simple sign up system - also like how it saves all of your signed docs and your signature templates etc so its just 1 click to sign docs

Pros

It love its simplicity and its dashboard. Its nice to have something that you can just login to and it works.

Cons

Not a lot - its all great. There is very little that is hard to use or annoying about the program. Very good job.

I use it to sign my contracts. As with most things, I wish they had a better plan for one-person small businesses but it is what it is.

Pros

It's very easy to use! Once you get the general idea of how it works, you're good to go. I feel like my clients appreciate the ease of being able to sign contracts online.

Cons

Initially it took a little bit of time for me to get my contracts loaded into the system. I feel like i had to go through it 3 or 4 times before the whole system clicked for me.

I enjoy the platform and the capability that it has. I have not explored other new options which it has currently, like editing the document in the platform, but I don't have many issues with it and it always seems to work the way its supposed to, and that is very beneficial.

Pros

The site is very user-friendly and is perfect for what I need for my business. I have few issues with the platform, either myself or with the signers of the documentation. Overall, its worth the monthly cost.

Cons

With the SMS verification feature, you cannot change the number after the document has been sent out. So, if you input the wrong number you have to cancel the document and resend it again regardless if other parties have already signed. As well, would like if it had the ability to save message templates for the email messages that are sent to the document signers.

Overall, this software covers all that a single freelancer would need. I have been using Xodo Sign for years and I have been able to get rid of all paper or email contracts.

Pros

Easy setup, easy login, easy UI – has all the features a self-employed freelancer would need. It is easy to invite others to sign on their behalf and get contracts digitalised fast. No more email rumble back and forth!

Cons

There isn’t much I don’t like about Xodo. Of course, there could always be improvements to the UI but this works also. I have got nothing to complain about.

Pros

Xodo Sign is very user friendly and easy to navigate for beginners. I liked that they offered 3 documents a month for the free membership.

Cons

I wish they offered more than 3 free documents a month with the free membership because I've had a few instances where a client wanted to revise details in the contract after it was already sent and there is no way to be able to edit the document that you sent out so you have to use another one of your "free document" spots to send a revised contract.
