Pros

It wasn't very complicated. The whole setup lasted only several minutes. Email confirmations that both sides receive is very convenient.

Cons

Design could me better, seams old. They could offer little bit more features like others. Would be nice to have templates to choose from.

Sometimes the auto sign feature is hard to use when creating the document

Pros

This software is perfect for sending contracts to my customers. It is easy to use. Definitely a great product.

Cons

I didn't feel like there were features missing. It was pretty simple to set up and use.

Pros

It's easy to use and makes my life soo much easier when it comes to sending contracts for employees or anyone else.

Cons

No cons to it so far however, I would not recommend using the version where you don't have an account. Once you signup, it unlocks a lot of neat features.

Pros

I of course loved the fact that they give 5 free signatures a month as oppose to the competitors who only give 2-3. The pricing itself is great and very user friendly.

Cons

So far, so good. I have not come across anything I do not like.

Pros

Intuitive, easy to use, makes sense to me and those I send it to for signature. It is so much more convenient than sending paper or scanned copies.

Cons

Right now, I can't think of any cons. It works as you might expect, or very similar to DocuSign, but less expensive.

Pros

Enables online signing of documents in a fast and easy way. In addition it is excellent that you can prepare a templet on an existing document that I created.

Cons

Hebrew support - the possibility of writing and signature in Hebrew. It is not good to write in Hebrew (or any other language written right to left)

WebApp is very Easy to use. I love how you can create Templates and Use them. Eversign application is really cost efficient and fast.

Cons

I do not face any problems using Eversign application. It is very easy to use and very reliable. Application has never crashed on me.

Pros

Easy to use. Have sent out 5 docs for digital signatures

Cons

1\. If you cancel the document that was sent out, it is still counted towards the number of free documents for the Basic membership. 2. There is no way for the sender of the document while preparing it.

Pros

I found Eversign super easy to use - much better than the other solutions I've tried. The UI is fresh and the navigation seems well organized. I also like the idea that they give you a chance to use the product for free for up to 5 docs so you can really experience the product. I'll continue to use Eversign for our company as we grow.

Cons

Overall, I haven't had many challenges with Eversign. I do find that its a bit confusing when you go to the documents tab and it automatically defaults to docs that need your signature. I guess that makes sense but initially I was wondering why my docs weren't showing up.

Pros

Very smart and intuitive design. No any special skills required. After few minutes everyone can understand how it is working.

Cons

Having a pay-per-use or as needed payment plan will be excellent. It will make the service more compelling and easier to onboard for those not willing to commit to a subscription.

Pros

The dashboard. It shows you the exact numbers of documents out, pending and completed. User friendly design of the entire website.

Cons

No way of customizing the document page. I would have liked to keep the "All" tab as a landing page rather than "I need to sign" tab.

simplicity and works even on my phone. the setup of documents are a breeze and before this i used dotloop which never quite worked right.

Cons

sometimes it can be cumbersome loading people in. you also will get an error message for no apparent reason at times as well.

Cons

As a first time user, I have not come across any cons about the service yet. I'm using it for basic signatures.

From the very first time i used it, it was very simple to use. My insurance company sent some documents to sign and i was able to do it off my smartphone while i was still talking to a rep.

It's very easy for me to upload the documents and set them up. I particularly like being able to sort who signs the document first.

Cons

It is a US product which I understand​ but it would be nice to have the option to set somethings out as U.K. style e.g. the date.

This program offers a reminder feature which I found to be very helpful in getting my necessary docs returned in a timely fashion

Cons

I don't see a "host a private signing" option which is a useful tool when dealing with older people who may not be computer savvy.
