Pros It just works! I've never had any issues with . All the features are very easy to use and none of my clients have ever had any difficulties accessing and signing documents, unlike some of the competition. The ease in which you can use this without any training required is a credit to its designers Cons I am based in the uk and it would be nice if the product fully adopted to a UK user. However i would say it is still very functional and this did not put off at all. This is unique and can not be found on other similar websites. It gives you the opportunity to learn how useful this app is and how to make your life easier. Cons The one thing I want to improve is to have better ways of grouping or filtering contacts. I'm working in a small office but we're sending documents to a lot of people and finding the right person can be tedious. Overall good experience. Pros Super easy layout, someone sent me an eversign document and that's how I was introduced to them. I usually use docusign and pandadoc so it was a new experience. Signing the document and getting a copy was super easy. When I created my own eversign account I liked how easy the dashboard was to navigate. Cons I started on the trial so I didn't get to use all the premium features. I don't think its particularly outstanding relative to other e-signature services, but it is functional and useful. Pros The customer support is really great, and it seems like the program is well-designed from a user experience point of view. November 27, 2020 5.0 I really like the whole concept and usability of it. Other services i have tried have been too complicated to setup. This is pretty simple and easy with eversign. I upload the pdf i created as a template and then just drag and drop the forms where i need them. When I click send my clients get them by email and they are automatically reminded when they forgot to fill it out. So intuitive. I hope the full version has an easier way to brand the emails as that would be so cool. Pros I really like that it's so easy to use and you can build in a flow and speed up your work process. Its so easy to modify your forms. Cons I wish their trial would have 10 documents per month instead of 5. But I have 'survived' with 5 for some time. I was actually still paying for other solution but it failed to catch up with Gmail. I swapped to Eversign and it works like charm. Cons Can't think of some major dislike. Had tested out other companies & I found eversign to be more user friendly. Simple to use: Once in the document to prepare, you just drag the appropriate items to where signature/initials/dates... need to be & that's it. When you send out for signature, you get email confirmations throughout the process: sent, viewed by the other party, signed & the completed document includes an "Audit Trail" with IP addresses, date & time signed. I'd like to explore date formatting if it has, I think it does, and uploading a template of pre-filled data for documents via CSV which I know it has. Pros As the CEO of a startup you look for quality, price, and easy to use. Your time is high valuable and you want to protect the budget. This solution got all the requirements we needed without paying for extra features we didn't need. Cons None so far. While I'm skilled with populating fields for commercial real estate transactions, such as purchase and sale agreements, and revising and sending documents to all parties, I didn't have the luxury of such software to use for my small businesses when I left the firm. With both an editorial services and a meeting planning firm, I needed to make it easier for new clients to sign my contracts instead of having them print and mail them to me. That's just so 2005. I looked up many eSignature options, tested our half of them, and THIS ONE stood out above all others as the easiest and quickest to get my new clients signed up with. Sign-up was painless. Sending documents was flawless. Clients had no questions about how to sign/what to do, so that means it's also super simple on their end. My documents look amazing being transmitted this way. And, best of all, clients are impressed!! Pros Painless signup and simple setup Free version not so limited that it's useless Flawless transmission Clients find easy to use Presentation is impressive Makes my business look good/tech savvy Notifications when documents are sent and signed Cons I did not find any cons at all. lt works great and meets all my needs. Pros I love that this software allows you 5 free signings per month before upgrading. As a small business I do not normally send more than 5 contracts per month so this is amazing to have a e-sign site for free. The upgraded options for those who send more contracts is a great price. Pros I love that I can send electronic documents easily, without the hassle of printing, copying or scanning anything, which is also way better for the environment. I use it on a weekly basis and am quite happy with the ease of use and the intuitive simple interface. My favorite feature is that the free plan gives you the opportunity to send 5 documents per month, compared to many others, which only give 3 per month or even 3 in total. If you are a small business owner and don't need to send a ton of documents per month, Eversign is the best free option on the market in my opinion. Cons I haven't found any flaws of using it so far. April 9, 2022 5.0 I was sending my clients paperwork via email and for many of them it was a hassle to print, sign, and scan to send back. EverSign not only has made it easy for me to note sections in the document that need specific attention, but it’s easy for my clients to understand and know where their information and signatures are needed. It doesn’t require extra work on their behalf and that is worth it to me. From an administrative side, it’s less time spent behind a computer and more time dedicated to shooting/editing. Pros I love EverSign! It makes the administrative of my business a lot easier. I can upload my documents + contracts and choose the areas that need to be filled in. The audit log helps me know when the docs were opened and once signed I receive an email confirming it. My clients love it and for me that says everything. It’s essential for my business by ensuring a client experience that is positive, simple, and versatile. Cons It took me a little bit of time to figure out how to apply the boxes for text and signatures, but once I did, it was super easy. Overall, the software is straightforward.
