Pros So many customisable features to edit our own documents, really easy to use and the automation has saved me hours in processing time. Also great value for money compared to other signing software. Cons So far I love almost everything, the only frustration I had was in the beginning when trying to save our own customized document- but that's sorted now with the use of the help function. Many of these forms are emailed to me. Back in the day, I would have to print, sign, and scan. Which was time consuming and not resourceful. This software is very easy and convenient to use. Highly recommend! Pros I liked that it was very easy to use and the site was easy to navigate. I liked how Eversign was an option when I opened up a document. Pros It is very straight forward and it does allow you to upload your own signature. As well it does allow me to divide my documents per organization which is GREAT! Eversign has all the features, simple use and is much more cost-effective. Pros Love the dashboard which helps you to keep up to date with all documents and where they are in processing and offers a full notification and audit trail for each document. Cons Haven't really had the time to identify any missing features, so far it's doing what I needed which is to get documents signed and verified really easily and quickly. Inspector Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Really Easy to Use Website" April 28, 2020 5.0 As an inspector for a non-profit performing construction work, the COVID-19 situation made it impossible for me to enter elderly people's homes to get final approval signatures for the work. After doing some online research I found eversign to have the highest marks for digital signatures. I used the Free Trial for my first 5 and it went flawlessly. I got my first digital signature back in less than 5 minutes from an elderly Veteran who was using a tablet. I'm really thankful for this software allowing me to do my job from home while keeping our clients/homeowners safe! Thanks eversign! Pros Ease of use. Simple online interface. Progress notifications sent via email. Automatically send the signed PDF back to you..... user on the signing end doesn't have to attach any email and send back to you. Pros It works similar to docusign but at a much more affordable rates. You can attach and sign multiple documents with multiple parties. Easy to attach sign labels. You can select the timezone. It offers multilingual languages. Easy to sign for the receiver. It has a dashboard to check for all drafts to completed documents. When it's completed it attaches a copy of the signed copy in the email so you don't have to download to view, it's always there when you search for the email. It was much easier to use than Hellosign and I liked that they had one more template than Hellosign as well. Pros I liked the cost value and how easy it was to use. I like that everything is in one place and can keep track of what has been signed and not. Cons The only thing I found that it was easier to use PDF so my lines and layout would look nice. If I used a word document the lines were all over the place and could not read the document. Able to get onboarding documentation to our new employees and show them which fields are required to be signed. Cons I wish there was an option to make certain fields mandadory based on a previous selection. I.e. if they select option A than the option A fields become mandatory. May 13, 2021 4.0 Pros Personally, prefer the audit trail function which are able to track the signing progress and auto-reminders being sent to Signer if no action taken after time lapsed. The ease of locating the signature pointer and many different types of functions such as text, initials, radio button and drop-down enables the task of document signing so much easier and faster. Virtually signing documents no longer, a luxury but a necessity in the pandemic area for everyone's safety and well-being. Sending document out for virtual signing is no longer a chore with eversign. Cons It would be great if copy of sent document to be editable again in case changes required instead of redoing the whole document.
