easy to use, i won't have to worry about too much during deployment / training to my colleagues. the balance between functionality and user-friendliness is very good.

Pros

very intuitive, nearly flat learning "curve", the user interface is very user-friendly, and the function set is nearly "just right". the best part is their support team, very fast and helpful responses.

Cons

1\. the mobile apps is not truly ready, rotating it will clear the signature ( as of 2019-11-29 ) ; 2. team management is not very complete, and have no access right control. the work-around is to create a separate "business" ( isolated workspace in their terms ) ;

In my business I have gone paper free, which is a bit of a pain when you need something signed. There's a lot of ways to sign things, but often I find it doesn't work, goes in the wrong spot, or only works with a mouse (which makes for horrid signatures). This really works great for my purposes and has made life a bit easier in day-day business management.

Pros

You can sign where you need to on the document, and I love that you can use your tablet or phone and pen/finger to sign, making it feel very similar to pen and paper! Eversign stores your completed documents, or you can keep them privately and delete them/expire them as needed. The free version of the software allows you to do 5 documents per month, which is very reasonable for a small business. The next tier up, allows for unlimited documents and a bunch of added value as well!

Cons

The in person signing feature they offer is only available on a high tier, but it isn't super necessary, just a bit annoying. All the pricing and billing is in USD, so something to keep in mind as a Canadian.

Honestly, the free account for Eversign and the Personal (10 dollar) account from DocuSign offer almost the same features and benefits. The $10 plan on Eversign offers unlimited documents (compared to 5) and an additional user. It's really a no-brainer. Also I enjoyed the look and feel of Eversign website more, all the information easy to find, with a chat support ready to answer any questions you have.

Access to whitelabel is still out of our budget but it has an important impression on our clients if they see our brand in their email instead of eversign

Overall experience has been great. I’ve only used it a couple times and have been extremely impressed with how easy the platform is to navigate.

Pros

Appreciate that this product is easy to use. My clients vary in age and technical background. I have tested it with a wide range of users and there have been no issues in clients completing the necessary fields and assigning their signature. I don’t know how I would get documents signed any other way that is convenient for both myself and clients.

Cons

Wish that a love customer support agent was easier to connect with.

Pros

Using Eversign allowed me to eliminate paper when signing contracts. Instead of a lengthy process of printing, signing and scanning, today everything is done simply and quickly only electronically. I tried several products before I decided to use Eversign. I found Eversign to be optimally simple from a user's point of view and still providing important functions for me.

Cons

For my purposes of signing documents, tracking the process, verifying signers, Eversign is fully functional and I have no comments. I would appreciate the ability to edit emails and use more language versions.

Pros

When compared to other major companies, the Free tier plan has a lot to offer. It allows you the ability to try out the majority of the functionality while also being sufficient for working on a very limited basis. We tested them all to apply this type of signature in our company, and it unquestionably provides more to the client than the other e-sign options.

Cons

Templates are currently too difficult to figure out. If you submit it to the incorrect email address, there is no automated password setup in place for security. Customers dislike having to select an exclusive Eversign URL in order to set up an account.

My overall experience with Eversign is good so far. I can prepare and track documents easily. There are some minor slowdowns in accessing their website (may be due to demand of online document signing).

Pros

Document setup: - upload documents by drag and drop OR from multiple cloud source (GDrive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box) - simplified interface for adding signers & CCs - can title & message of document - automatic reminders are turned on by default - can choose document expiry Ease of Use: - previously added signers are automatically saved in contacts, - typing a few letters of signers in the signers panel will automatically select matching contacts - AWESOME signature setup! You can drag signature, initials, text, date (and much more) to your document - You can easily set which field belongs to a contact! These fields are color coded, you simply select the field and click on the appropriate contact! (This is different from other document workflow where you need to select the contact first then select the desired fields for that contact. This process is time consuming for other workflow BUT in Eversign, this is simple and suprisingly satisfying since the fields will be colored differently.) - You can also manually send reminders to contacts who forgot about the document. These reminders are automatically emailed to them.

Cons

The major downside of eversign is you are limited to five (5) documents per month. This restriction may be quite limiting to some users who require more documents to send per month. Other document workflow allow unlimited documents to be sent to your contacts. There are available templates but are limited to premium subscriptions, the same for other document workflow services. Also, template previews are not available unlike other services.

Reason for choosing Xodo Sign

PandaDoc has unlimited documents for free plans but twice as expensive for the essential (basic) plan, $9.99 versus $19 monthly for PandaDoc.

It has been great! I came from using another e-sign company and Eversign has given me zero issues so far.

Pros

I liked that it was so simple to prepare and send the e-documents for signature. My clients have not had any issues as well, which has been great as that equals less questions coming back prior to signature.

Cons

That it doesn't seem to be notifying the client all of the spaces that need completed. Perhaps this is just when you use the "text" box, unsure. It could very well be a feature that I am not 100% on using just yet.

So far I am very satisfied with Xodo Sign and see myself continuing my service with them.

Pros

I liked the ease of sign up and set up. I had my first document sent and signed within a day of set up. The features are all very useful and easy to customize. Pricing is very reasonable and they allow for customized templates and logos.

Cons

I want to be able to add teammates but that is only available for higher level subscriptions. However that is not that big of a deal for me yet. I noticed that exporting a document was having some errors with verification on other document readers like Adobe Acrobat Reader but within Xodo Sign the verification is clear. might be a glitch to be worked out.

We do lots of signed documents and our platform requires full audit trails and version control. Eversign allows us to offer e-signature capability with seamless integration to and from it's platform to ours. The API integration was easy and the support team made it easy. More importantly, it's easy to send individual documents as well even for the least technically proficient in our team.

Pros

Eversign is simple and intuitive to use. It takes you through step-by-step how to set up the documents and the email to send the document with. It even offers you the choice of setting who signs the documents first. There are lots of other e-signature systems available, but we were able to integrate this extremely easily into our Phundex platform, and it fits into our audit trail requirements perfectly.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't really like yet even though I've been using the product for a couple of years.

I can't believe I went so long without Xodo Sign! It's solved the constant hassle of printing, signing, scanning, and sending documents. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, and the ability to sign on any device is fantastic. What I love best is the flexibility. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. If you're tired of the paperwork shuffle, Xodo Sign is the answer. Highly, highly recommended!

Limited file format support can be a minor inconvenience.

Of course, it solves the paper problems. It is much better than meeting my partner only for asking them to sign a paper.

Pros

I love Eversign because I can upload my legal documents through various online storage options. Then I can place the sign section easily. I can invite many signers to the document and send it with one click. I don't need to worry about sending a reminder as Eversign has it.

Cons

The tracking features. I am managing a small business. I use Eversign for sending and signing documents with my remote partners only.

Reason for choosing Xodo Sign

I was an employee and the company uses Eversign. I feel many benefits of the platform. Eversign solves my problems to date so no reason for switching to another product.
