### "Make and Send Professional Contracts"

Overall, a good service, easy to use, and allows us to securely send professional looking contracts to our clients.

Pros

Eversign is a good product for making and sending professional looking contracts to clients. I manage hiring education professionals to give presentations at our bi-annual trade events. The company did not have a professional contracts system - we were either sending writable PDF's or Google Docs. I wanted a more professional looking solution, so I tried Eversign. It works great and allows for digital signatures. The recipients of the contracts seem to have no issues receiving links and digitally signing contracts. The software is relatively easy to use and I can upload our customized, branded contracts into the system from a variety of sources, file upload, Google docs etc... I also really like the ease of receiving a signed contract, downloading a PDF of it, and can easily save and organize signed contracts in our systems.

Cons

Eversign does take some getting used to - understanding single vs. multiple signers and then setting up the documents to send wasn't the most intuitive software experience I've ever had. With that said, it just took a couple of test contract sending to understand how to use it properly. There's been a couple of times where the software had a hard time linking to my Google Drive to upload documents. It would also be beneficial if Eversign linked to CRM systems like Airtable - we are currently in the process of setting up Airtable as our CRM system - other contracts softwares do integrate with Airtable, Eversign does not. One other feature that would be nice to have - test sends. When you are using the free version, you get 5 free sends, but you do not get any test draft sending functionality. That would be a nice addition, so if you are just learning the software you don't waste 2 of 5 sends, trying to test the software.

Reason for choosing Xodo Sign

We're still researching, but we will continue to use Eversign until our CRM system (Airtable) is fully set up. Then we may consider switching to Hellosign or Docusign, simply because of their integration with Airtable - not because Eversign is not a good service.

I like the fact that I can set up hoe I want my clients to sign. I also like how I can see when the have received, reviewed and signed the documents. I also like how easy the set up was.

Cons

There isn't anything that I can say that is a con for me in regard to the Xodo Sign platform.

Great product overall. Still works well with multiple documents and large documents! great storage and downloading capabilities as well allowing for combined doc download or individually.

Pros

The simplicity of the product is great and so easy to use. You can save multiple versions of your signature if required. I haven't tried setting up a doc for signing on a mobile device yet but I have signed them via mobile which was really easy.

Cons

It would be great if team members could grant permission to other team members to be able to sign on their behalf. Also it would be good to be able to save details for signing purposes such as job title etc in my profile (this could be available I just haven't found it yet though!"

Eversign has a very comfortable "feel" to it, very user friendly. At no point in time while setting up, deployment or using Eversign, did I sense that I would be overwhelmed with technology to the point of intimidation. Which is very refreshing for a non-expert who is constantly vetting and implementing solutions for various business enhancement projects.

Pros

The ease of use, it has a very intuitive layout and the functionality that we've explored to this point are very straight forward.

Cons

The "Basic" subscription should allow for more templates, but still a strong offering at the current price point.

Overall, I was very happy with Eversign. A better deal came along so I took it so I don't have to pay monthly but I don't like this new platform nearly as much as I liked using Eversign. I just don't use these platforms enough to make it worth the money for me. But I highly recommend Eversign if you need this type of platform.

Pros

I used Eversign for years before making a switch and the only reason I switched was because I got a lifetime deal for 1 payment on another platform. However, I don't like the other platform as much as I liked Eversign. I really liked everything about Eversign except a couple small things which I will list in the cons section. Eversign is easy to use, didn't have any glitches or weird things happen like bad formatting or text boxes on the contract being misplaced or something. Everything just worked the way you expect it to and is easy to use. It is also cheaper than Docusign and does everything Docusign does but much better in my opinion. The only reason I'm not using Eversign is because I have a platform now that I don't pay monthly for. Otherwise I would 100% still be using Eversign.

Cons

The biggest con for me was simply the limit of templates in the different price points and that I don't use a eSigning platform enough to make it worth spending the extra money to get more templates. However, having to prep a new document each time adding in the boxes for clients to fill out and everything was so time consuming and annoying.

Pros

It is very hard to select what I liked most about the software because I have been very impressed with the overall software. I have tried numerous electronic signing software programs and this is by far the best product for features, customizable branding, security and auditing abilities. This is a very well thought out, easy to use software program that provides great branding customization, all at a very reasonable price. Very glad I came across this software and would highly recommend it for your electronic document signing needs.

Cons

As of rights now this softwared covers all of my electronic signing needs. If I think of any possible improvements I will definately convey them to the developers as their support and customer service is very helpful and receptive to suggestions.

Xodo Sign helps us formalize relationships with clients and service providers when we outsource services. It has a simple interface that rarely confuses users. The platform allows you to import documents from cloud storage solutions such as Google drive enhancing user experience.

Pros

I like Xodo Sign because you can use it with different file type including pdf, Excel sheet, and Word documents. Our clients can sign documents in the comfort of their home or workplace by uploading a signature, using a customized and saved signature, or drawing one depending on their preferences. Contract templates helps us save time and make our agreements with clients official. Most clients don't have problems using Xodo Sign.

Cons

Like all cloud based platforms, documents with sensitive information could land in the wrong hands and expose a company or clients to identify theft. Someone using your device could append your signature if you leave it logged in. The signature drawing tool hardly creates a signature that is close to the real signature although there are other valid options.

### "From OneSpan to Xodo Sign"

I easily would give it a five star at the moment. Let's hope they stay at this level in the future.

Pros

I have been a OneSpan (formerly eSignlive) for 3 years, and even though the process and the experience with OneSpan is not bad, I must say, that Xodo Sign has a better one. 1- Better upload documents system 2- More signing choices 3- Better capture signature system 4- More intuitive than OneSpan 5- Clients don't need any instructions about "how to sign", instead with OneSpan I have always sent instructions on how to do it to my clients and/or associates. All in all, I will give 5 full stars.

Cons

Too soon to tell what I don't like about Xodo Sign. It's less than 1 month I am using it. So let's give it a longer trial before to spot the weaknesses.

This amazing piece of software has streamed line my business - knowing that our company and clients are protected and compliant.

Pros

Eversign is one of the most easiest software to use currently on the market now. Please note that you will have to prepare the document firstly ~ as you would. Simply upload the document, select who signs what, enter the emails and send. It is that simple! Once all signatures have been signed digitally, then Eversign will send the closed PDF to ALL parties involved (with a digital signature , logs and history). Simple :)

Cons

What I will like to see, is the option to add 'Radio Buttons'. For clients to select and answer any Yes or No questions.

Overall, I have been able to easily streamline my contract process and ensure customers are notified when they need to renew their contracts. The software makes notifying them an easy process and continues to provide them with reminders to review and sign the contract. This has allowed me to streamline my contract process and close on deals faster.

Pros

Eversign provides great functionality at an affordable rate. The ability to have 5 documents for free per month makes starting out with the product a great option to begin easily evaluating it. I have used this to make my customer contract process more streamlined and ensure customers are properly filling out the contract. The ability to build templates helps streamline this process for contracts that are consistently setup the same way.

Cons

The software provides features and flexibility to make any document into an electronic document with signatures. After using the product for multiple years, I do not have any issues or problems with how the software works.

The need for me is to efficiently get documents and contracts signed by people around the world. eversign gives me the simple access to such a tool, it does exactly what is needed, and that for an attractive price performance/features ratio. I have compared many products, and for small businesses, eversign is perfect.

Pros

I like most, it's ease of use and the simplicity that comes with it. Most of the bells and whistles of more sophisticated products are not needed for my business. I want simple use, efficient processes, and affordable pricing.

Cons

There are still ways to make the use more comfortable, and have a few more options, but generally, it works very well for me.

Closes deals quicker, looks professional, works seamlessly every time, and you can always find the signed version easily.

Pros

It's super easy to upload a document, choose what fields need completing - not only signature, and get it to your clients. It's then really easy for them to sign which closes deals quicker. Xodo feels like a professional tool, and with its audit report it provides the client with reassurance.

Cons

We all preferred the old name, eversign!

Pros

Good signature with high value for money. Also this is a signature tool with provider based in EU hence being allowable for public bodies and health/medical providers where US based systems may be banned for privacy reasons.

Cons

When using it frequently, document management is difficult to get streamlined unless integrating with other tools.

Pros

I like the ability to use the mobile authentication method.

Cons

Some of the features do not work easily on the mobile device when preparing a document. For example the placing of the signature is hard to tell where it is placed when viewing on a mobile device.
