Pros By having electronic signatures and making it easy to use, and gives my clients a professional view of our business as we sign NDAs, contracts, etc.The tools audit trail feature is critical for us, so we can prove to auditors, compliance bodies, etc. that due diligence and a measurable process had been performed in the delivery of approving our documents with our clients. Our business is based in a region where wet signatures are still king, but by utilizing this process, more of our clients trust signing our agreements digitally. Cons At this moment, I have no cons as I've used it for just under two months. I haven't used the template function as I don't do many transactions each year, but I can imagine having a template set up would streamline my process even more. The free version is feature-rich, and the 5 documents per month limitation is fine for someone like me. An upgrade comes with even more functionality and would be great for someone doing more volume. Pros I use Eversign for collecting signatures on real estate transaction documents, and the process is easy and intuitive to use. Select a signer, point and click, and hit send. I get a notification when the document is opened, when it is signed, and when all signatures are complete I get an emailed PDF copy of the document. A very streamlined process and the document center keeps a copy of all of my signed documents in the event that I need to download again. Cons The only con I have run into is that sometimes it doesn't switch well between different signers at different points of the document. Review Source AV Artur V. The interface in intuitive and it's really easy to prepare an agreement for signing. You upload your template, set a few custom fields for a client to fill out, send it to all the receipients you need, and it's done. Plus, it's easy to track your documents and send reminders in a couple of clicks (literally). Cons I've been using this tool just for a few weeks, so I haven't found any flaws so far. " November 20, 2021 5.0 Eversign has changed the game for me - it has allowed a process that I was doing manually to be mostly automated, giving me time back in my day. Pros Eversign made executing contracts and documents seamless. It was so easy to use, from anywhere on any device. I love how the whole process became automated with the auto-reminders and tracking of the document progress. The basic plan offers you 5 documents a month which is really reasonable for solopreneurs like myself. If you need unlimited documents, the next tier is still the most reasonable price I have found for this type of software, plus it includes additional features making it total value for money! Cons The only thing that I haven't worked out how to do is batch send the same form to multiple recipients. If you need in-person signing, this feature is only available on high-tier plans, which wasn't an issue for me but maybe for some with this need. Reason for choosing Xodo Sign I loved the simplicity of the interface and how easy it was to use. Compared to other options Eversign offered the same if not more features for less cost. They have really thought about the different types of business owners created software that works for the solopreneur like myself but would also work just as well for a global conglomerate. We no longer have to deal with physical paperwork, shipping delays or registration issues. Pros It's unbelievably I didn't have to go through a long training process to be able to use it very efficiently plus it offers me a variety of tools and features. Pros The website is easy to use, cheap and it's in compliance of the law. The emails with the request to sign are clear and easy to use for my clients. Customer support is fast and efective and fast, just keep in mind they work in europe hours. Cons Thay lack (to my knowledge) a funtion to insert multiple signature or initial in the same spot of every page in a documents. It's a common practice where I work, to sign non digital documents like that to avoid the insertion or change of pages, and people still prefer to do it that way even though it may not be neccesary anymore. In Eversign you have to do it manually, in a 5 page document it's ok, at the closing of a deal with 4 documents of over 40 pages each it's not possible. I like the email reminders,and they always help remind our partners to append their signature on documents as fast as they can. This has removed the need to call partners to remind them ourselves ,which in time past has made us appear desperate. Cons I was suprised to learn Eversign didn't have a smartphone application,when I first got to try it. This is the major and only downside to Eversign I know of. We use it to execute all client contracts, business requirements documents, and sign-off's for all testing and other items needed within projects. Pros Eversign is so easy to use and straight forward that I have my administrative assistant setting up contracts and other items for me each day. Basic computer abilities will suffice for using this software, and I love the features such as expiration, ease of putting fillable fields in there, and follow-up's with emails. And when it comes to pricing, Eversign easily beats DocuSign. No one from Eversign is bugging me about why I haven't upgraded to their best tier, unlike DocuSign was during our trial, but they are readily available for support if needed. The notifications came in near to real-time and I was easily capable of tracking the progress of signatures of all parties involved with a contract. Cons Editing the documents for signing was not as straight forward as I had hoped it would be. Scrolling through large documents would take a lot of effort, even on a powerful notebook.
