Overall I've loved using eversign! As a paralegal and notary public it has met all of my needs. I've saved time and I know everything is secure. It's easy to use with other products like Dropbox or Google docs meaning you don't have to change your document storage location.

Pros

Eversign is great if you need authenticated signatures on legally binding documents. It is easy to use and simple but still has advanced and custom features. There are several templates to choose from and you can create custom autofill text. Sending the document out is quick and easy, even if you're sending to multiple people. Eversign allows you to upload your signature and can even generate a signature for you! I love this! You have the options of typing or drawing your signature as well. You're able to store documents securely in your eversign account, when you no longer need them you can permanently delete them from eversign. You can also export them to your private file location with ease or set them to automatically expire. Eversign features an audit trail for each transaction/document with detailed information like IP address and a time stamp, very useful if a document is ever disputed.

Cons

Eversign does not have a separate android and IOS app. At times the mobile version does not work properly, and I have lost my autofill data several times. The price is somewhat high if you need to use the more advanced features/versions.

My overall experience is extremely positive as I would never hesitate to recommend it to other people in my industry, considering how little difficulty this program has had over the course of 3 1/2 years that I’ve been using it. I’m definitely a fan and will continue using it given the opportunity.

Pros

I have been using this product for almost 4 years, and have RARELY had a hiccup. Not only is it cost-effective as a business, but it is also extremely easy for my customers to use considering the intuitive prompts given for anyone that I asked to use it. Document management has been seamless for both myself and my customers, and I almost forget about the issues I dealt with beforehand with other E-sign platforms. The level of integration that this program has with my estimation software in Builder Prime is top notch, and I will continue to recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Cons

If it is even considered a con, I would say that the only issues that have risen over the course of my time using XODO Signh almost entirely tied to other service providers, not having the bandwidth to integrate e-signature 24 seven. Customers that I’ve worked with that are a little bit older have had almost no issues using this, but occasionally they will get confused with the E sign process in general that is not specific to XODO.

It had been great until this bullshit situation around suspending our account without notice, warning or communication. They just shut it down.

Pros

This system was easy and simple to use, our clients loved it, easy to create templates, and upload documents.

Cons

They suspended our plan without notice, at 5pm on Friday evening, with no ability to contact their support due to apparent bounce back's or email complaints. We only ever send stuff to our clients for signing and we have the clients email address correct in our database. This is a ridiculous way to operate a system, close it down without at least checking with the client first. We'll certainly be using somebody else in the future.

Positive, and I've been using since it was Eversign. The software is simple, quick, and does what I need it to do.

Pros

is an incredibly easy to use e-sign software, and it works for small businesses like mine who don't need an institutional subscription to a contract service. The value for the money is great, and I've never had a client have issues using the platform. I appreciate the email notifications when someone opens the contract for the first time, and I also like how the signed contract is emailed to me immediately upon completion.

Cons

The cons are minimal. Sometimes I have to click on the documents page a few times for my contracts to show up. I also often have clients who request a contract to only book another business, and I don't like how they receive a cancellation email afterwards. I also have sometimes had to edit contracts, and the cancellation email has confused clients who are moving forward but awaiting the edits.

Overall, very easy to implement and use! I would recommend this program to anyone looking for an e-signature paltform.

Pros

makes it easy to set up templates for frequently used documents, as well as easy to prepare these documents for signature. We have been using Xodo Sign for several years and have found it more user friendly and budget friendly than similar programs on the market.

Cons

I do wish there was a way to set up a document that could be signed by more than one administrator. When we send documents out, we need a manager to sign them when they come back, but that manager could be one of 5 or 6 different people. Currently we all have to use the same login to make this happen.

Overall, this software covers all that a single freelancer would need. I have been using for years and I have been able to get rid of all paper or email contracts.

Pros

Easy setup, easy login, easy UI – has all the features a self-employed freelancer would need. It is easy to invite others to sign on their behalf and get contracts digitalised fast. No more email rumble back and forth!

Cons

There isn’t much I don’t like about Xodo. Of course, there could always be improvements to the UI but this works also. I have got nothing to complain about.

is very user friendly and easy to navigate for beginners. I liked that they offered 3 documents a month for the free membership.

Cons

I wish they offered more than 3 free documents a month with the free membership because I've had a few instances where a client wanted to revise details in the contract after it was already sent and there is no way to be able to edit the document that you sent out so you have to use another one of your "free document" spots to send a revised contract.

So fast, so efficient, so affordable -- and my clients LOVE it! It has streamlined my intake process and keeps everything secure and so professional. Now I have recommended Xodo Sign to all of my fellow counselors and coaches for their practices!

As a solopreneur mental health coach and pastoral counselor, I need an affordable document signing system that is easy for my clients to navigate. allows me to save my contract templates for my convenience and quickly customize and send them for my clients' signatures. The security features and audit trail meet my legal requirements, and I also appreciate the reminders and overall ease of use of Xodo Sign.

We tried several different e-signature options and this one works best for us. We send a lot of one-off forms and signature pages to customers, and their pricing structure accommodates that so much better than any other company.

Pros

I love how easy it is for our customers. Even those who aren't comfortable with email in general like the ease and convenience of e-signing and this platform. The customer management section works well.

Cons

We send a lot of forms, and some of them are quite lengthy. Putting each individual checkbox, text box, radio button, etc. can be time consuming. It's a bit clunky when you have to add multiple elements throughout a document.It would be great if Xodo could recognize where blanks, checkboxes or radio buttons are in the document.Also, sometimes our customers skip important parts because there's no way to require them to make a choice between two checkboxes.

My experience has been great so far. I had a customer that was unavailable to sign contracts in person due to scheduling conflicts and in was able to quickly and easily complete the paperwork,have it signed and I trust that it will stand up should an issue arise.

Pros

What I like the most about is we reduce the use of paper in the office. Electronic documents are way more easy to organize and update. Xodo Sign gives us all the tools we need to edit, send, and sign documents in seconds and track all our documents in one repository that we can access anywhere at any time. Also our organization is under GDPR, Xodo Sign is way too perfect for us for legal validity and compliance.

Cons

As much as I like most of the features of , there is a limit to sending documents in bulk. So we have to manually send the document to individuals with the same information. At my former company, we had to pay for a popular signature service. However, when I switched to Eversign, I was pleasantly surprised by how similar and user-friendly the product was. For small businesses, the free version is an ideal option. Even subscribing to the monthly plan and paying a small fee is cheaper than most alternatives out there. We are thrilled to have found Eversign!

Pros

opted for the free package with the intention of finding a platform that could impress my clients by providing them with the ability to sign their retainer agreement online. To my surprise, I found that uploading my document was effortless and I could easily add signature, name, date, and checkmark placeholders. In addition, I could directly send the document to my client and receive notifications when they viewed and signed it. Overall, I'm delighted with the platform and plan to integrate it into my internal operations.

Cons

The feature that I found least helpful with Eversign is its inability to allow editing of a document after it has been sent. As a result, we were unable to unlock the document, and had to send it again.
