Very hard to get a hold of someone when there is a problem. No responses ever!!! Pros Having debit cards for each employee separate from the main bank account. Cons Customer support is terrible. Had multiple problems that needed help with and got no one to answer support tickets. No number to call and no regular service person to deal with. I am overwhelmingly convinced that Penny is the must-have assistant for every direct seller. Pros Penny has been a game changer, a time saver, and a revenue driver for my team! I cannot say enough about how pivotal this tool is and how much I believer every single consultant or distributor in direct sales should use it and every team leader should promote it. The website and mobile app are very clean and easy to use, and the ability to designate each type of expense is extremely beneficial. What's best is that I am able to export my data right into Quickbooks, and the fact that there are no fees associated with each purchase is amazing.
