We recently switched from DemandForce to RevenueWell and it has been awesome! The ability to customize so many tasks easily has been wonderful. The only thing I would change is us switching to RevenueWell sooner.

Ease of use, friendly support staff, customizable

Pros

We have found RevenueWell relatively easy to set up and use. We like that you can send a message to everyone in the list or just a select few depending on what kind of message we are sending.

Cons

What we like least, is that the electronic forms would be additional fee to use. We would like to see it be apart of the monthly fee.

We have Eaglesoft software and it was highly recommended by our dental representative. Even when I went to annual ADA meeting in 2018, it was recommended over the alternative products.

Our overall experience was fine. Not good, not bad, just okay. The price was high for what you get.

Pros

Revenue well was easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I liked the communication system the most.

Cons

What I liked least is that we had to use multiple vendors to the job that our new service does all in one.

Pros

This product is very easy to understand and can be used from home if neccesary.

Cons

The text messaging goes out a lot and we cannot send the reminders for recall out sooner than 3 months.

Being able to reach out to patients for treatment, recall, post-op, definitely helps keep patients connected and increases our revenue.

Pros

Being able to text patients with our office phone number helps tremendously. Also, the forms option allows patients to electronically fill out all necessary information prior to their appointment. This has helped a lot with COVID and reopening our practice and minimizing contact.

Cons

I do not like that it does not allow patients to schedule their own appointment. We found good use with online scheduling with our other software. However, I have been told that it is in the works

### "NIGHTMARE STAY AWAY"

Nightmare! Even though we had such a colossal fail, they keep charging my credit card and not giving me the information to return the phones. Very poor customer service.

Pros

The sales presentation. I had GREAT hope that this would be a good fit for us.

Cons

The integration between the software and the phones system and provider was not there. We were unable to receive phone calls from a third of our patients for 3 weeks. Our numbers were ported out so that we were unable to receive any phone calls for 2 days. Although everyone was nice, they didn't resolve the issue and the timeliness of the help was very poor. The managers never called to help, the poor underlying were left flounder.

Being able to text patients personally is a game changer. A lot of people can look at a text and respond quicker than listening to a message and then remember to actually call us back. They can quickly respond to whatever request we had.!!

Pros

The appointment reminders are the most important reason we chose this product. The easy set up and personalization of it made us love it. We do not have time to call and confirm patient's everyday. The patient's tell us daily how they love being reminded! There's no way they can say they did not know when there appointment was set! Being able to text a patient is AMAZING!

Cons

A con that would be helpful is in the appointment section that allows us to look at who is scheduled is if it could mark whether the patient was scheduled for hygiene or the doctor. Also, when we text a patient we have to scroll clear up or down on the text messages sent. This was not like this before. When we went to text a patient the last or end of the messages popped up not the entire list of messages ever sent. Bummed about that.

RevenueWell is like having a full-time person at our front desk. It confirms appointments, communicates our current COVID-19 procedures and other office announcements. One of my favorite features is that patients can fill out their forms online before they arrive at the office. The positive impact this software has had on our practice is invaluable. I would recommend it to any office that would like to improve their communication/relationship with patients.

Pros

RevenueWell is easy to use and accessible by all forms of mobile technology. I can connect after hours via my cell phone to check on appointments, patient satisfaction, and patient patient communications.

Cons

Not applicable. I love the software. It's great!

### "Revenue NOT So Well"

Communicating with patients through texting and letters has improved through the years. But now, there are plenty of other software out there that can do this much more efficiently than Rev Well.

Pros

Integrates with my practice management software, Eaglesoft, really well.

Cons

Very very poor customer service. Could not fix our voicemail problem for 6 months - patients cannot leave voicemail after hours! Customer service has gone down hill for the past year. Ex: \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], I called at \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] about this voicemail problem, since my staff got the run-around with them. Spent 20 minutes of the phone call on hold for various reasons. Later was forced to end the call because it was 3 min after 5pm.2) poor mobile app. Cannot make calls. Only text. But on pc, we can call and text.3) dashboard layout awkward. Can't access all the important features of patient information in one screen. Have to switch diff screen, like the daily schedule, to see that information.

THE program to use!!

Pros

I have been in dentistry for 21 years and have tried ALL the programs. This is not only friendly, fast and efficient but has many features that a very useful. The only forms are amazing and were so important during the height of COVID. The only payment system gives patient no excuse to pay there bill and it's a great follow up. It is incorporated with Eaglesoft well and loads so many things in Eaglesoft automatically. I have also been introduced to Blogs, which I would have never had time to do before. The other great factor is the social media part. You can customize or schedule out and to be honest when bad weather comes you can do it from the comfort of your own home. WE love it!!

Cons

I wish the payments would incorporate and load into our system automatically. We are not a big fan of the patients being able to leave a voicemail through RW.

Revenue Well has made the daily tasks and patient communication in the practice so much easier. It frees up time to focus on other tasks. We use the mobile app for all team members to access their schedules from outside of the office.

Pros

It was so easy to incorporate the system into the practice. Patients are impressed with the technology and the ease of use. In our busy lives sometimes a text or email is the easiest form of communication. We love having so many options to contact patients.

Cons

Reviews that could be automatically linked to Google would be nice.

This past year has been a challenging one for many reasons. Being able to stay in touch with our patients and updating them on the changes where it be weather related or changes due to some of the unexpected COVID requirements. Revenue Well has been my first go to for communication.

Pros

Having used this product for many years, I have seen some great new additions. The time saved by being able to communicate with our patients has made my job so much less stressful. I am looking forward to adding the new phone system in the next month.

Cons

I have no cons for at this time. My experience with this product has been wonderful.

Over all our experience with revenue well has been good. We will continue to use their services as it is essential to our office's patient experience.

Pros

Our practice uses the texting options as main correspondence over calls which is preferred for patients. Also sending Eaglesoft documents that upload straight into our systems is very helpful.

Cons

We have had issues with RW updates that have cause syncing issues making extra steps in our office. However they were able to resolve the issue after a couple weeks. Most issues are fixed in timely manner.

This program has helped our dental practice reduce no show appointments, made new patients seamless by taking care of all the paperwork and automatically filling it in our practice management system and saving a copy to our files, and it is great for getting more reviews online.

Pros

Revenuewell has taken the best parts of all patient communication systems and combined them in one! They offer awesome patient confirmations that can be customized for your practice, online forms that takes the work out of inputting patient information, and they even post to facebook on a regular basis!

Cons

The only con that I had was there was not a spanish option, but they just launched that last night!

Most patient complain they get to much alerts and some don't get enough alerts. Which it was hard to figure out at the beginning how to customize patients alerts.

I have had a really good experience with it so far. It has been so easy to keep in contact with our patients and send out campaigns of things that we are offering in our office. It also keeps us active on our social media platforms by auto-posting dental related information for us on our facebook timeline.

Super easy to inform patients and communicate with them about changes to your office.

Cons

I don't like how the messenger looks. I love that they added a way to text our patients but I think the it is a bit hard to keep up with the notifications for the text messaging part.
