We recently switched from DemandForce to and it has been awesome! The ability to customize so many tasks easily has been wonderful. The only thing I would change is us switching to RevenueWell sooner.

Ease of use, friendly support staff, customizable

It is user friendly and is great with reminders.

Pros

It had the most features when we were shopping around.

Cons

If the reminders would also remind premed pts to take their premed. If RW would know what forms needed to be updated (user set a time for each form to be updated for example: 1yr, 2yr, etc) and send it automatically with the reminder.

Our overall experience was fine. Not good, not bad, just okay. The price was high for what you get.

Pros

Revenue well was easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I liked the communication system the most.

Cons

What I liked least is that we had to use multiple vendors to the job that our new service does all in one.

Pros

We have found relatively easy to set up and use. We like that you can send a message to everyone in the list or just a select few depending on what kind of message we are sending.

Cons

What we like least, is that the electronic forms would be additional fee to use. We would like to see it be apart of the monthly fee.

We have Eaglesoft software and it was highly recommended by our dental representative. Even when I went to annual ADA meeting in 2018, it was recommended over the alternative products.

Pros

This product is very easy to understand and can be used from home if neccesary.

Cons

The text messaging goes out a lot and we cannot send the reminders for recall out sooner than 3 months.

Nightmare! Even though we had such a colossal fail, they keep charging my credit card and not giving me the information to return the phones. Very poor customer service.

Pros

The sales presentation. I had GREAT hope that this would be a good fit for us.

Cons

The integration between the software and the phones system and provider was not there. We were unable to receive phone calls from a third of our patients for 3 weeks. Our numbers were ported out so that we were unable to receive any phone calls for 2 days. Although everyone was nice, they didn't resolve the issue and the timeliness of the help was very poor. The managers never called to help, the poor underlying were left flounder.

Being able to reach out to patients for treatment, recall, post-op, definitely helps keep patients connected and increases our revenue.

Pros

Being able to text patients with our office phone number helps tremendously. Also, the forms option allows patients to electronically fill out all necessary information prior to their appointment. This has helped a lot with COVID and reopening our practice and minimizing contact.

Cons

I do not like that it does not allow patients to schedule their own appointment. We found good use with online scheduling with our other software. However, I have been told that it is in the works

Being able to text patients personally is a game changer. A lot of people can look at a text and respond quicker than listening to a message and then remember to actually call us back. They can quickly respond to whatever request we had.!!

Pros

The appointment reminders are the most important reason we chose this product. The easy set up and personalization of it made us love it. We do not have time to call and confirm patient's everyday. The patient's tell us daily how they love being reminded! There's no way they can say they did not know when there appointment was set! Being able to text a patient is AMAZING!

Cons

A con that would be helpful is in the appointment section that allows us to look at who is scheduled is if it could mark whether the patient was scheduled for hygiene or the doctor. Also, when we text a patient we have to scroll clear up or down on the text messages sent. This was not like this before. When we went to text a patient the last or end of the messages popped up not the entire list of messages ever sent. Bummed about that.

is like having a full-time person at our front desk. It confirms appointments, communicates our current COVID-19 procedures and other office announcements. One of my favorite features is that patients can fill out their forms online before they arrive at the office. The positive impact this software has had on our practice is invaluable. I would recommend it to any office that would like to improve their communication/relationship with patients.

Pros

is easy to use and accessible by all forms of mobile technology. I can connect after hours via my cell phone to check on appointments, patient satisfaction, and patient patient communications.

Cons

Not applicable. I love the software. It's great!

Communicating with patients through texting and letters has improved through the years. But now, there are plenty of other software out there that can do this much more efficiently than Rev Well.

Pros

Integrates with my practice management software, Eaglesoft, really well.

Cons

Very very poor customer service. Could not fix our voicemail problem for 6 months - patients cannot leave voicemail after hours! Customer service has gone down hill for the past year. Ex: \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], I called at \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] about this voicemail problem, since my staff got the run-around with them. Spent 20 minutes of the phone call on hold for various reasons. Later was forced to end the call because it was 3 min after 5pm.2) poor mobile app. Cannot make calls. Only text. But on pc, we can call and text.3) dashboard layout awkward. Can't access all the important features of patient information in one screen. Have to switch diff screen, like the daily schedule, to see that information.

We are able to reduce outgoing phone calls with automated text and email confirmations, and are able to reach a large audience with a single campaign. It is nice to be able to access the software through a web browser for emergency situations when no one is at the office.

Pros

Easy setup, patient friendly, efficient way to confirm and communicate with patients.

Cons

It would be nice if more than one person could have an account on one email, that causes issues with parent/child communication at times.

I like that we can send a blast message to fill our schedule

Pros

Appointment reminders helps us at the Front Desk not have to call each patient to confirm appointments.

Cons

Freezes up often, not sure if messages are being sent. Patients like to sent photos of dental cards but the system does not display them. System does not recognize when patients confirm appointments. We wish the new patient forms were part of the overall package

Cons

Pros

This software is so easy to use! It has so many options. Makes my day so much easier to be able to communicate with patients through messages verses being tied up on the phone all day.

Cons

Occasionally it lags or has errors but IT seems very on top of getting the issue resolved quickly.

Pros

The most important feature for my office is the text and email communications. That definitely frees up my front desk staff from having to make so many calls.

We have been users for several years. We recently changed to a web based software and aren't able to utilize it as much with this new brand. Prior to the change it was used daily, for absolutely every patient communication, including confirming and reminding of appointments. We have kept Revenue Well and use it for every application available in regards to Newsletters and mass email / text capabilities. We are planning to fully integrate with Revenuewell again when our systems become compatible, hopefully very soon.

Pros

The variety of communications available to patients that are customizable. Letters and news letters can be customized and mass sent either by paper or email.

Cons

The practice management software we currently use is web based. At the time of implementation of our new software, it wasn't compatible with due to being web based.

Reason for choosing RevenueWell

The services offered by Revenue Well are over and above all others considered in the number of services and the quality. Ease of use and able to customize communications is another.
