### "Performance vs. Promise: The Results Gap"

This company was presented as a "promising" option for web hosting and SEO, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After almost a full year, the return on investment was ZERO. None of the results they promised were ever put in writing, and no measurable improvements were delivered. The only thing they consistently managed was collecting their fees. It felt like empty promises with no accountability, all wrapped in a contract that offers no easy exit for the client. I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere and get everything in writing before committing.

Pros

Cons

Terrible experience. is the worst company I have ever worked with in my 24 years of practice. Run from this company, it will save you money and loss of sleep.

Pros

In the beginning there was excitement because of the promises that they made. I was told to be patient and the money spent on the SEO and Paid Google Ads will pay off.

Cons

is a very dishonest company that only cares for their bottom line. RW does not care if you are successful, they only care for the study stream of income they receive from you. I told them I was having financial problems, their solution was to upsell me to another contract promising me that the "advanced" SEO will pay for itself. It did not. I tried to get out of the contract and they basically said "screw you". The customer service was terrible, especially with Niko, the person in charge of billing.

### "Look Elsewhere"

Poor. In the end we became quite unhappy with how convoluted the service was and with the lack of help. The final straw came when we could not reach customer device through any method and when we finally managed to be routed to the seemingly correct department they transferred us again to a random dental office’s voicemail.

Pros

It synced well with Eaglesoft when it had to and there are a few (very few) features that it has that we have not found with other services.

Cons

Very outdated and counterintuitive. Every seemingly simple change was hidden in a sub submenu. It was difficult to coordinate between the different departments handling each feature and customer service was nearly unreachable.

It has been absolutely terrible. It was unbelievable how bad our new patient numbers dropped when we changed to them.

Pros

they promised big things and did not deliver. I am so frustrated that I now have to pay them for 10 months of services that I won't use.

Cons

1-Online scheduling is terrible for patients (I had a 50% decrease in new patients when I switched) 2-long term contract they lock you into 3-insurance verification is bad, they either did it wrong or did not do it. 4-Patient communication software is had to use, cannot even edit it to send a save the date text, only emails

### "Revenue Well your Office!"

Pros

Our dental office has used Revenue Well for about the last year. The product is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The customer service department is always helpful, patient, and quick to answer. It is one of our most valued software programs. It keeps our day on track with its scheduling and communication features. I can’t imagine work life without it!

Cons

Too many outages and periods of time where we could not get help in our office.

keeps us in constant contact with our patients through automated messaging, custom campaigns and social media. It makes my job so much easier because I can focus on the patients that are in the office and I am not constantly strapped to a phone. It frees up my day to do other things in the office and I would not be as efficient without it.

Pros

saves me so much time! I am the only person working the front desk, so the automated calls and text messages keep the phone lines open. Patient's are more likely to respond to a text, so I love that I can utilize this feature to keep in contact with our patients. I also utilize the software to remind patients of appointments, treatment plans and when they are due to schedule. I could not do my job alone without it. It is also VERY user friendly and I have had very little trouble using it.

Cons

Nothing. It is perfect for our practice needs.

### "I want more creative options"

Overall, serves a great purpose in our offices. It gets the job done. It's user-friendly for those who want to send out custom campaigns, and for those who are not graphic design inclined. The customer service CANNOT be beat. Literally, everyone I have spoken with is helpful and our girl \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is the absolute best. Patient, helpful, efficient. She always answers broader questions and seems to understand more about what I'm asking for without me having to explain. Her level of service has helped me overlook a lot of the creative short-comings of this platform.

Pros

I love that our teams can communicate with patients who are due for their next appointment, and send one-off text messages inside the platform, and that we can narrow down the criteria for who gets certain campaigns.

Cons

I wish I didn't need help every time I try to get more specific when sending out custom campaigns that target a specific procedure code. Almost every time I try going it alone, I end up needing to reach out to learn about what I'm doing wrong. It's usually user error, however, the platform could be more intuitive and explanatory. I really want to be able to customize campaigns more. You are sort of stuck with the layouts they provide. They offer a lot of options and the platform is by no means limited. Maybe I just want to send more creative campaigns. Their templates are useful and their verbiage is helpful. The look-and-feel of their letters, however, is AWFUL. We avoid sending letters out as much as possible.

I guess they were less...salesy? I appreciate a product that stands alone without having to be shoved down our throats. It wasn't that they didn't have enthusiasm or good follow-through when we went through the demo, it's just that they didn't over-promise anything. And they weren't all over me to make a decision then and there. As I type this, it sounds sort of stupid, but yeah...it was a lack of salesy push.

We have a really great continuing care cycle and wanted to be able to send campaigns at specific intervals without having to rig the system. 's platform offered the least amount of resistance to what we wanted to do. And once we sent our spreadsheet to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], she was able to show us how easily we could get what we want without having to undo their entire process.

THE program to use!!

Pros

I have been in dentistry for 21 years and have tried ALL the programs. This is not only friendly, fast and efficient but has many features that a very useful. The only forms are amazing and were so important during the height of COVID. The only payment system gives patient no excuse to pay there bill and it's a great follow up. It is incorporated with Eaglesoft well and loads so many things in Eaglesoft automatically. I have also been introduced to Blogs, which I would have never had time to do before. The other great factor is the social media part. You can customize or schedule out and to be honest when bad weather comes you can do it from the comfort of your own home. WE love it!!

Cons

I wish the payments would incorporate and load into our system automatically. We are not a big fan of the patients being able to leave a voicemail through RW.

We've spent years using . The support is phenomenal. We switched before it fully integrated with our Dentrix PMS. We knew it would in time, and we were impressed enough with RW to patiently wait. We have not regretted our decision.

Pros

The best part of in our practice is the automated reminder system. So many patients appreciate the reminders! We're able to adjust the frequency and even the wording of each interaction (which has been essential during this pandemic.)

Cons

There are several times almost daily that the dashboard has to re-boot, and that interrupts anything we may be in the middle of.

Always have had great customer service when any issues have arisen. I highly recommend Revenue Well.

Pros

We use on a daily basis here in the office. The patient confirmations save us so much time. I love that you can personalize all the messages to cater to the office. The messaging feature makes texting patients to communicate with them so easy, and patients love it.

Cons

I wish they did not get rid of the online bill pay feature, as we did not want to pay more for it, so we let that go.

Wonderfully easy to use.

Pros

Started out using for appointment confirmations and it quickly became the office MUST HAVE! It cut out mailing appointment reminders completely - saving hundreds $$ in postal fees and time spend pulling reports and addressing. We only do calls on the few patients that do NOT confirm. Love the email campaigns - we use these weekly. Reveiw requests and Feedback are sent out after each appointment. Now we use most all features of Revenuewell - including PatientConnect TV in out waiting room!

Cons

The paperless forms was our lease liked program and we have since switched to a different platform. Our patients found the program confusing and would just ask for paper forms when we used forms

We are extremely happy with . We are so grateful to RevenueWell for making our lives easier. All the different features allow us to concentrate on patient care. Our patients compliment us on how "tech savvy" we are thanks to RW. We are loyal customers for life.

Pros

We have been a loyal customer of for over 10 years. The most impressive aspect of RevenueWell is their stellar customer service and their willingness to continue to evolve. They are the only company that we deal with that is open to feedback and actually implements it. The software is easy to use and customizable to each practice's individual needs. We use all aspects of RevenueWell including reminders, campaigns, WePay, Forms, phones and working on implementing the scheduling capability as well. We could not be happier.

Cons

There are minor interruptions in service, however, those are rare and the RW team is quick to resolve them.

Pros

I love that I can be doing other tasks and check to see who is confirmed, when they confirmed or chat with my patients via text. The feature that keeps track of someone who is overdue for an appointment is a huge time saver. Also the feature to send out post op instructions, welcome packets or mass emails saves so much time. I have used this feature to inform patients of a sudden closing due to weather, new protocols or new information about the office.

Cons

I do wish that with the feature that sends notifications to patients that are past due that it would then integrate into our dental software and make a note into the patient's chart.

It is very nice to not have to call patients for reminder calls, it saves a lot of time and effort for me being that I am the only one working the front office

Pros

The write back to Eaglesoft from the digital forms is an absolute lifesaver! It work very well with our PMS. The ability to schedule appointments and write back to the schedule is awesome!

Cons

The only thing I wish was available was a place to put the insurance company's phone number or a way for them to upload ID cards. It is kind of a pain when all they put is Delta and then I have to figure out which one.

has changed our practice in terms of patient communication. It has brought our practice to a high standard whereby the patients appreciate the all forms of communications and reminders they receive. They also like the feature of text messaging. They also like that they can make an appointment without calling the office and talking to someone. I truly appreciate the Virtual Visit that this software has and its available on all devices including your cellphone.

Pros

This software has changed our ways of reaching out to all our patients and communicate with them properly than what we were doing before. Before it was just communication through phone and regular mail and a lot has been missed. And the integration with our dental software is easy.

Cons

The only feature that we had a hard time with was when we were integrating the digital phone system. We struggled during this process of integration and technical support was not that great, and the process was not explained to us properly.

Overall our office uses daily to communicate with our patients. It is easy yo train new employess on this software.

Pros

software is great for mass communication to our patients. Its features are easy to use. Our patients love email and text appointment reminders. We send a reminder to update patient forms before appointment. We text patients when we cannot reach them instead of leaving a voicemail. Patients love answering text. Patients enjoy receiving birthday and holiday cards. RevenueWell recognizes a new patient and sends a welcome email. Our patients enjoy emails explaining procedures such care after an extraction. RevenueWell is fun!

Cons

Our office would like to send forms to individual patients who are scheduled after we send our weekly forms update.

Exceptional! We love it!

Pros

The appointment confirmation and reminder system has saved us so much time and has helped lower the overall number of broken appointments. The ability to text a patient when you need to speak with them about something has shown a much greater response that leaving them a voicemail. Patients seem to respond back from those texts much more than to voicemail. The system is easy to use and has become a vital part of our practice.

Pros

Revenue Well is excellent for patient communication. There appointment confirmation/ reminders save us so much time. Their recare system helps us so much to keep patients active in our Practice. I would highly recommend their service.

Cons

Sometimes the software has glitches. However, it is usually fixed in a timely manner.

I've been at this practice for 6 years but used it in my previous job as well. I think it's more affordable then others we have seen. It really been a time saver. I think patients like the convenience too!

Pros

Text Reminders. We would have to hire another employee with out our online communication on appointments. With 2 doctors and 3 Hygienist it can get really busy. does a lot of thework for us.

Cons

There have been issues in the past with going down but, I think they have gotten all the kinks out. What software doesn't go down.

Revenue Well has made the daily tasks and patient communication in the practice so much easier. It frees up time to focus on other tasks. We use the mobile app for all team members to access their schedules from outside of the office.

Pros

It was so easy to incorporate the system into the practice. Patients are impressed with the technology and the ease of use. In our busy lives sometimes a text or email is the easiest form of communication. We love having so many options to contact patients.

Cons

Reviews that could be automatically linked to Google would be nice.

It takes our staff a lot less time to confirm that patients are coming to their appointments.

Pros

I like that you can customize a lot of different areas, such as the campaigns e-mails/texts that can be sent to our patients. It's very helpful if your company has a policy change or if the office is closed due to bad weather, etc. you are able to message your patients all at one time.

Cons

It was easy to integrate with Eaglesoft. Sometimes I feel like patients get too many messages/reminders, but this is able to be customized.
