Great customer service whenever I have had to communicate with them. Pros This software is so easy to use! It has so many options. Makes my day so much easier to be able to communicate with patients through messages verses being tied up on the phone all day. Being able to stay in touch with our patients and updating them on the changes where it be weather related or changes due to some of the unexpected COVID requirements. Revenue Well has been my first go to for communication. Pros Having used this product for many years, I have seen some great new additions. The time saved by being able to communicate with our patients has made my job so much less stressful. I am looking forward to adding the new phone system in the next month. We will continue to use their services as it is essential to our office's patient experience. Pros Our practice uses the texting options as main correspondence over calls which is preferred for patients. Also sending Eaglesoft documents that upload straight into our systems is very helpful. Cons We have had issues with RW updates that have cause syncing issues making extra steps in our office. However they were able to resolve the issue after a couple weeks. Most issues are fixed in timely manner. RW has been an amazing and productive addition to our office. Pros The most important feature for my office is the text and email communications. That definitely frees up my front desk staff from having to make so many calls. Cons I wish there were more options for the automated campaigns. We had many integration issues and they were not resolved in a timely manner. Also, patients complained about formatting of the marketing emails. We were told there was nothing that could be done. Pros Revenuewell has taken the best parts of all patient communication systems and combined them in one! They offer awesome patient confirmations that can be customized for your practice, online forms that takes the work out of inputting patient information, and they even post to facebook on a regular basis! It has been so easy to keep in contact with our patients and send out campaigns of things that we are offering in our office. It also keeps us active on our social media platforms by auto-posting dental related information for us on our facebook timeline. Pros Super easy to inform patients and communicate with them about changes to your office. Cons I don't like how the messenger looks. Cons I can not made any phone call through the phone app if I am not connected to a wifi, but still can answer the calleds.
