Pros: Kind customer service but have not (yet) fixed the issues of appointment reminders going out on a consistent basis.

Cons: It is not at all reliable. Our clinic has had numerous issues with SR not updating our patients appointments due to glitches.

We have saved appointments simply with the two hour reminder!

Pros: Two way texting, reactivating recalls, electronic appointment confirmations and reminders, the surveys that can be sent out. We really appreciate that it's customizeable for each patient.

Cons: can't opt patients back in when they opted out of receiving texts. This is our biggest hangup right now.

Overall: Our no shows have been significantly reduced, we have reactivated many overdue recalls, saved countless of hours on the phone

Pros: I love the ease of use, that I can send a quick email or text to a patient instead of having to call them. Its nice that patients can communicate that way as well

Cons: I do not like that if patients have a cell and home number, or email and home number (landline) that the landline is dropped. We have elderly patients that do not use their email and cells as primary contact #s but still want to recieve the notifications, but if i put all the contact information in SR drops the landline.

An excellent tool for our office, it's as if I hired another staff member for less cost.

Pros: Automically send appointment reminders(as often as you require) also send birthday greetings. The added feature of SR conversations is very cool, it's as if the patient can text a friend at the office instead of calling for a quick question. Also love the newsletter feature.

Cons: I would prefer to have more than one designated customer service agent on our account. Sometimes we have to wait up to an hour for an answer to a question or issue we may have.

Overall: Our patients love the appointment reminders, we have one go out as soon as they are scheduled, then 24 hours in advance and then again 2 hours prior to their appointment.

Pros: Great resource to benefit businesses, as well as, patients. They have options to change reminders to Spanish and change exactly what goes out. Very customizable and effortless. These also provide an education center to learn more about the software. Sureveys are given to help improve their side of it too. ONLY, downside is that I'm fiighting with them to get our correct rates in place. Because this software does a lot more, it cost more.

Cons: Just little bugs here and there with the Notify aspect. The notifications, at times, do not go away after completion. Or, there is no way to just dismiss the notification if someone else has addressed it.

Overall: A LOT, especially the ability to change to spanish reminders.

Pros: The confirmations is my personal favorite as it frees up our front team from having to call each patient to confirm all the while helping maximize our books and keep them full.

Cons: There is a lot of things to utilize. It can be a good thing but at the same time can also be a little overwhelming.

They will lock you into a contract.

Comments: I won't use this company anymore.

Cons: They will bind you with contract automatically every year even if you have use this company 2-3 years. No communication with Sprint mobile. No google or yelp review available. Very slow update with Eaglesoft

I love the software, Some of the customer service is so bad I think of changing, But the features keep me.

Comments: Wish customer service that actually deal with current customers were better trained. More "on the same page" and possibly don'y frankly LIE for the sale.

Pros: Keeping our hygiene schedule 100% FULL> Went from multiple no-shows a day to 1 in a "blue moon". SO Much better!

Cons: Customer Service is overall terrible. There are the one here and there that are great! BUT, Overall, They seem to not know how to deal with current customers or care if they keep them. Felt often as if i were "just another number" and was o the phone just "for the sale

Comments: I would recommend to any doctors office having trouble with patient retention, missed appointments and low patient count. Awesome product!

Pros: I love the positive feedback from our patients. They love the text message reminders and ability to communicate. Our missed appointments have decreased to almost none. We are getting a lot of patients returning for care, thanks to the recall feature. And, our online presence has significantly increased, resulting in more new patients to our office.

I have used this product in the office for over a year now and am very satisfied.

Pros: I like having the ability to log on to the system from in or outside the office to reach our patients when we need to close due to weather. It is great to reach the entire patient population with one message.

Cons: Customer service . I prefer to have a contact with each vendor I work with it is frustrating to have to just call and get the rep of the day when you have an issue.

Overall: Our no show rate has decreased.

Pros: SR is one of the few products/services that delivers more than it promises...and it promises a lot. SR has changed the way we practice. It makes us work smarter, not harder. It has increased recall and fills our appointments leaving our staff to spend time on more important tasks and patient relationships. I wish we'd started with SR years ago. I'm just glad we did!

Overall: I only wish we had started using this years ago. It would have made all the difference in the lean times.

Pros: 1)automated confirmation for patient appointments. 2) one of a few tools to assist with recall due date tracking and management. 3) great customer service.

Cons: Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.

Overall: I like that it has cut down on the confirming the appointments for the office. it has assisted in reducing the no-show rate but 1/2. We have been able to send out messages when we have large amounts of openings with the click of a button reaching more people in less time closing those large holes and making the day productive in a shorter an=mount of time then when we did not have it.

Pros: Solution reach frees up so much valuable time during the day so I can accomplish so much more on a daily bases.

Cons: Some of the more complicated features and settings can be a challenge to set up. Once the systems are in place though it's so worth it.

They are crooks and will lock you into a contract, hard to use and not updated

Comments: I hope solution reach goes out of business.

Pros: The only pro that I can think of is that I practiced for several years before finding them and that my family doesn't rely on them for any useful service because this company literally hates customers. They need to learn customer service. I recommend that they read The Nordstrom Way

Cons: They refuse to let you out of your contract and try to charger you money to break your contract. Terrible service, Cody would not let me talk to anyone else but him and would not provide corporate information. I have contacted my local dental association and the president of the ADA with my complaint. This company is the absolute worst and treats dentists like crap.very badly

I think Solution Reach is Great! Everyone that I have come in contact with has been great and very helpful!

Cons: I am not totally happy with creating "groups" for newsletters. I find it have to navigate this part of the platform.

Pros: Very easy to use! It's a great way to contact patients and remind them of their upcoming appointment, takes all those house that would be spent on making calls to just a few easy steps.

Cons: When a patient replies to email reminders we are not able to reply to the email sent to us. We must copy the patients email address and compose a whole new message. Message patient sent is not on the email confusing some patients.

Pros: We are spending less time on the telephone. I feel like we have caught up to the rest of the world with our automated system. Allowing patients to respond with a text message of an email eliminates a call to their voicemail and then back to us. How many times do we get a message after the business has closed? Now we are at their finger tips.

Cons: There are a few limitations with out optometric software but not many. Waiting for the system to update to make sure a message is delivered can be frustrating.

Pros: I love how easy it is to communicate via text with this software! Not everyone has time to answer the phone or give you a call back to confirm their appointment.

Cons: I wish the whole system was able to update in real time and not have to wait for it to sync every couple of hours.

Overall: Love that our patients can schedule online at any time day or night and that we can text our patients to remind of their appointments.

Pros: We love how our communication with patients has improved and therefore our no show patients has decreased! The website is so easy to use and if I ever have any questions I know that customer service is always going to be professional and helpful!

Cons: The only con to the website is that is doesn't update often enough I feel. We can delete an appointment and if Solutionreach doesn't update it will send them a confirmation even though they have already cancelled the appointment.

Pros: The ease of getting the program up and running is fantastic. Everything from the program itself to the one on one coaching has been way above expectations

Comments: I must say that calling support is actually enjoyable. I have never encountered anyone who doesn't go the extra mile to help, Everyone shows an honest interest in my questions and always makes sure all my needs are taken care of. Kudos to Solutionreach Support

Pros: What I love most about Solutionreach is the ease of use. The time saving component in itself is amazing where confirmations are concerned. The ability to reach all of your patients with a simple keystroke is the best! Newsletters are a great way to keep everyone in your practice updated on whats happening in the office. Knowing that patients are contacted for recare is a huge plus also

Cons: My least favorite thing about the program is being able to better control when confirmations are sent. If a patient schedules an appointment within the next two weeks, it is fabulous for them to get a reminder immediately, however, if that appointment is scheduled for 6 months out, it is really not beneficial as they confirm and then do not receive any additional confirmations.

Pros: The ease of how the patients are contacted

Cons: We have used this product for about 3years. The patients are still telling me that they have "responded to the text" however I do not get an email advising of the patients response. Rather it be confirming, cancelling or texting me a reason why the need to reschedule.

Pros: I love the ease of communicating with patients. Most of our patient base is completely thrilled with the text and email reminders. It also makes my job much easier!

Cons: Some of our older patients do not like the texts, so, we just continue to call them, but most are getting into the technology

Pros: Solution Reach contacts the bulk of your patients without wasting valuable front desk time. The texting is great for the younger generations. People love it yet our older generation can still get the phone call they want.

Cons: Originally had some bugs to work out but Solution Reach has been making an effort to correct the problems.

Pros: The reminders are fantastic! Very easy to customize how often messages go out via both text and email. The surveys and reviews are helpful as well. Tons of options for staying in touch with patients via newsletters and social media.

Cons: Additional costs for new features; there are occasions where messages have trouble getting through--be it patient confirmations coming in on our end or patients receiving messages for appointments they've already rescheduled.

Pros: I love that they do reminders automatically! I also like that they also remind patients when they are due for their check ups, and give patients the opportunity to give us a rating. Lets us know how we are doing, gives us a chance to grow and improve. I have the ability to check people in electronically via an iPad, filling out new patient paper work has never been easier!

Cons: Lots of stuff on their website, not real fond of the way it's set up. Not super user friendly, a lot to remember.

Cons: I wish the conversations feature was not an additional cost but was rather included in the monthly price.

Pros: I love that I don't have to spend time calling to confirm patients or calling patients to inform them that their glasses or contacts are ready. I love that patients can confirm their appointments from the text or email. I love that the patients LOVE the convenience of not having to return a phone call. I love the newsletter feature and the staff at Solutionreach is great about helping develop an eye catching, informative newsletter that I was able to send out for #NationalSunglassDay, even when I requested help at the last minute.

Comments: I have had several other office sign up and love solution reach since we have been using and they all love it!

Pros: Direct messaging and group messaging are excellent. When there is a bad accident or we need to cancel or fill several appointments.

Cons: Lack of online fillable forms, the portal view from the patient side is a little outdated and should have each family member on its own tab. Minor details though

Solutionreach has helped our practice reduce no shows and we have had a positive experience so far.

Pros: The best part of Solutionreach is the customer service and support you receive. I know if I have a question or need help I do not need to make sure I have an hour free-I can use the online chat or call and be chatting within minutes. The platform is easy to use. You have customizable options from appointment reminders to newsletters. Because of the appointment reminders our no-show rate significantly decreased. Solutionreach is easy to use and they are constantly improving the experience.

Cons: We have issues with Solutionreach not registering an appointment that has been rescheduled in our practice management software. The patient will still receive reminders for the original appointment. This is our largest complaint, but because of my confidence in Solutionreach I believe this will be resolved eventually it is just a matter of when.

Pros: I love the appointment confirmations, the ability to read reviews on how out patients view us, the birthday reminders, and the way we can push different products.

Overall: everything

Had a few glitches when we started but B Black and J Miller were so helpful and resolved the issues

Pros: Ease of set up. They walked me through every step of the way including but not limited to connecting our EHR system with SR. They knew which questions to ask so that when we uploaded the system, they just "plugged" my answers in.

Cons: I wish there was a way that when I open the patient emails that are cancelling I could go directly to their email. Currently, if I respond it would go back to SR. Also, some confirmation emails state "A message from one of your patients" and it only lists their name and phone number. I have to go into the EHR system and find their appt date and time and then go to the appropriate date and mark as confirmed. This step is time consuming.

Overall: Pt recall has improved immensely.

Pros: Appointment reminders have drastically reduced the amount of no-shows, and the direct messaging makes it easy to text patients on our short-call list for last minute appointments. It's entirely customizable--from the wording of your reminders to how often they go out. They even let you customize if you want to send by text, email, or both in case your patient has a preference!

Cons: In the "Conversations" feature, appointment reminders go out but often don't include the name of who in the appointment is for. This can be a little confusing for families where one parent is getting the reminders for the kids. They usually end up calling to clarify.

This software has changed how our office communicates with patients.

Pros: I love having the ability to text patients one-on-one in real time. We are training our patients to text us now...it's wonderful! Also, the campaigns are life-savers when it gets super busy in the office: I can take my time to create and schedule marketing newsletters when it's not busy in the office so I don't have to worry about sending it out when it gets busy.

Cons: It's a bummer that the Schedule doesn't tell me what the patient is coming in for: it's important to be able to see if a patient is coming in for a Dispense or an Exam. I create groups based on this criteria daily, so it would be great to know.

Overall: The benefits are seemingly endless: quicker communication with patients allows them to feel that their needs are important and they're being heard.

We have really enjoyed Solutionreach. The communication aspect has been really great!

Pros: We LOVE the text reminders! They're great as far as ease of setting up the schedule of how many reminders are sent and how often. The patients really love them as well.

Cons: I could still use a little help with creating groups, but not I think that's the only thing that could be considered a "con."

Pros: only pros are for the company because the contract does not require them to guarantee any of the product updates

Pros: One of our employees suggested it, because her nail salon used this service. It automatically texted her a reminder for her appointment, let her confirm electronically, and even had an interactive map. The rep showed us many features that would have been wonderful for any business, but unfortunately, it did not convert our database correctly, and we discontinued using after a month.

Cons: Our dental software is Daisy, and SolutionReach claimed it would integrate with our practice management program to send reminders to previous patients that had missed cleanings, etc., but it ended up sending postcards to EVERY patient we had ever seen. It created unneeded chaos.

Overall: Frankly, we went back to our previous product. We understand it works well for a variety of applications, it just didn't play friendly with the current structure of our practice.

They may be reaching for solutions, but with alligator arms.

Comments: I am trying to get some things resolved and they tell me a lot about how busy they are and they can't get to it today. You know what, don't tell your customer that, we are all busy!

Pros: Not much yet. It does sink with my data base. But even so it makes so many mistakes and the reminders are so ambiguous it is crazy.

Cons: I have NEVER had so many patients go to the wrong office as I have since I have been using your email and text reminders. I was told by the sales person that your product would be a benefit to me and my patients. It has proven to be the opposite. It is irritating a ton of my patients and I am exhausted from hearing and dealing with my patient's complaints who are angry because your reminders do not make it clear as to which location their appoint is scheduled. When they finally make it to the correct location they are angry and their appointment is over. So, I get to figure out how to accommodate them when it is now time to seat the next patient. Basically, I get to work double time under a huge stress load. Their design team is horrible. If you like crappy looking emails sent to your patients then solution reach will make them for you. I find it ironic that their name is "solutionreach" because they cannot seem to come up with solutions to fix simple software and design issues. All you get from these guys is "nope, can't do that, no, sorry, can't and so on. I have never seen a company be so reluctant to try new things to reach a solution that might benefit their customer and their patients. Do not sign a contract with these people

Comments: Being in Healthcare we have been using this product for 4 years. By the name of the category, it makes it seem that its only for Dental but don't be fooled. It's for anything related to Healthcare and other industries. They do have an aCheckout their website for full list of industries they support. In terms of what Solutionreach does; It's able to assist in appointment scheduling. The appointment scheduling feature can be interfaced with a CRM or EMR to provide real-time confirmations. This is a great little feature that works. As most technology system, Solutionreach has transformed in the last few years, positively. They have nice features where after appointment patients/person can be sent a Feedback/Survey via Text, Email or portal. Another great feature as from the survey you can directly have it connected to Social Media to post on your behalf. Imagine not having a real way to get people to post to your Facebook or Google Places, well now you will get a flood with this features.

Pros: Customer service has been responsive. The price point is relatively good compared to others. They have flexible packages that can be inclusive of all cost example Text messages, you won't have to pay per text but its unlimited in a package. The fact that they have a development team that does integration is great. As long as they have interfaced before it may be a low to no cost to connect. Other features included in one package are Mass-Email blast marketing, patient education (specific to dental) and patient reminders.

Cons: Still building rules on application to make it more robust. Its no salesforce but for the price point you cant complain.
