Pros: I love the fact that you can text your patients and it's HIPPA complaint. The texts come from your main office number.

Cons: I don't like the fact that at the beginning it's a bit much to try to figure out. And the fact that with our Spanish patients we have to manually change each message from a default meaaage to a message in Spanish (that's like 6 changes for each patient)

So far has been great!

Pros: Customer support is always available, love their screen sharing interaction and conversations has change the game.

Cons: That it doesn't have the option for another language in any part of their software. Plus we have to make sure our notifications are working, had our eyewear notifications not working since 2016

Pros: Software is easy to use and allows company to have the ability to customize to your unique needs and message when it comes to reaching out to customers. Multiple platforms (Voice, Text, Email) allows customer to be reached on their preferred mode of communication

Cons: Did not integrate with our scheduling system so ultimately we had to move away from this product, which was unfortunate because we really enjoyed the initial support we received from the SolutionReach team.

Pros: easy to use,love the texting and automatic patient reminders, the newsletters and birthday wishes all work seamlessly

Cons: The automatic reviews at one time had no filters but they have since correct that so don't really have any problems.

Comments: can't reasonably recommend this company, but I don't hate them anymore. We did come to an amicable resolution.

Cons: didn't have a great experience, but we didn't part as enemies.

Pros: We love the text/email options, the ease of using the system and anytime we have had an issue arise the customer service team has been fantastic!

Cons: I do not like that there are not more customization options available per different patients. Or that we can not schedule messages to go out ahead of time. Also, our sync has failed at least twice since we have had it so we have to almost "babysit" it daily to make sure it is still synced.

The texting feature was great, as well as the automated text and email appointment reminders.

Pros: The automation of appointment reminders freed up a lot off time, as well as reactivation of patients who haven't been in.

Cons: The set up process to customize the software took a lot of time, especially for patients who neither texts nor get emails (we have a lot of seniors).

Pros: Started out great.Now I am ready to sue them. So ready to get your money. So lazy to do anything. What are they thinking ???

Cons: Their changing platforms has created system incompatibility. The only person who can cancel the contract does not answer the phone. My next call is to BBB, then a lawyer.

Pros: The system has the ability to go back as far as 6 yrs to pull patients that had not been in the office. It can contact the patient and encourage them to schedule. It works.

Cons: This company tells potential customers they are partners with our office software. They say they can "read the files." Problem is they are not partners at all and with each update to the software the system breaks. When calling for SR to fix, they tell you to call your software company and have them send file info over to Solution Reach. The software company will not do this since they are not partners. They have reached out to Solution Reach several times asking them to stop deceiving its customers. In the end your stuck with an over-priced system that works ONLY if you don't update your office software.

Overall Solution Reach is a great product that offers many attributes to a practice.

Pros: We love the communication options it offers our practice and our patients. Solution Reach allows us to easily confirm and adjust appointments for our patients to each person's specific needs, whether it's through phone, text, or email.

Cons: The one downfall of Solution Reach is the lack of ability in modifying the smart reviews. It's a generic message that cannot be personalized to each practices individual needs.

Pros: This software does a great job sending out appointment reminders and birthday celebrations. The patients also like to be reminded about their appointment an hour in advance.

Cons: It is so hard to reach a live person. First it makes you search for your answer, then you can do an online chat however, there is not a phone number to reach them on the help site. You have to convince the online chat tech to give you a phone number to call. Also I would love updated training .

Overall: It saves man hours having the reminders go out automatically!

Pros: Easy to use, covers all the bases, able to personalize, connects with our scheduling system to grab patient info

Cons: Customer Support is iffy sometimes (has gotten better in 2018), a little too much going on in some pages

Overall: Increased patient retention by reminder notices and increased communication with patients. More patients schedule ahead of time, contact to reschedule faster, less no shows.

Pros: Seamless with NextGen, easy training, product just works, requires no oversight. Our staff uses it daily and compliments it constantly.

Cons: I don't have any cons currently about the product, it just works seamlessly with our NextGen product. Would definitely recommend

Anytime help is needed they are there. Our office reaches many of our patients this way.

Pros: The automated nature of the system. With a few initial set ups you can use the system to do much of your busy time consuming phone work for you. If you really want to get your monies worth then you can also use the newsletters and different options to add more to your experience.

Cons: The only real con I have ever noticed is just like everything these days there are add ons. I personally would just prefer the whole package be offered at one cost. I understand though that some offices prefer to piece their products together so this is why it is offered this way.

Overall: Automated patient communications.

Pros: I like that it means I don't have to call each and every patient to remind them of their appointments. This saves us a lot of time in the office throughout the day

Cons: When people opt out or tell us they don't like it, or they yell at us for "so many reminders" like we are personally calling and texting all the time

Pros: Everything this program offers your practice. Including the different ways to communicate with your patients. Each patient has different needs as far as communication and with SR you can achieve that.

Cons: The worst thing with this program is only if you try and learn it all on your own it's a little bit of a challenge, its best to join in the informational webinars!!

Cons: continually contacts patients who don't need an exam, bad platform and when try to call to resolve issue no one is there to help. They can't resolve problems and don't care. Worse customer service possible. they don't care if they loose your business. jade larson is a robot.

Overall: nothing. this software is not correct. calls patients who don't have product ready, fails to contact correct patients. spend hours tying up our computers trying to solve the problem. continually get error messages that they can't resolve

Pros: It works so well to communicate electronically with patients. We have saved many hours per week with not having to make confirmation phone calls. We can text patients and they appreciate not having to answer the phone

Cons: Being in Canada and Solutionreach is based out of Utah, can make for some challenges due to mobile carriers from one country to the next.

Helped us fill last minute holes in the schedule.

Pros: We could send out email and/or text blasts to promote an event going on or to fill a last minute schedule change. Similar reminder systems require you to create a mailing or call list before doing this. If solutionreach integrates with your software, they can pull unscheduled patients into a list for you.

Cons: It does not intergrate well with MOGO software and it is fairly expensive. I thought that using a reminder systems would cause our no-show rate to disappear but unfortunately it still exists.

Easy software to use but the SR Reviews is not my favorite. You can only use the app w/apple

Pros: Appointment confirmations is my favorite. I's so nice not to have to think about confirming appointments for patients. I also love the SR Conversations. It's really nice to be able to text a patient fast and easy.

Cons: SR Reviews is not my favorite. I think it has a lot of potential but it's not working with our office. I've spoken to customer service DOZENS of times and the issues have not been resolved....

Pros: I personally love the SR conversations, texting patients is so much easier for us as well as patients. I also like the reminder and recalls. We have had more patients a month scheduled as well as past patients coming back to us.

Cons: The balance due reminder. I dislike having to set it up every month. I would love for it to be automated and actually send statements instead of just the balance.

Overall: Makes my job easier! Patients as well as us love the texting feature. Patients get a faster response and we are able to access their needs in a timely manner!

This program made our practice run more efficiently.

Cons: Patients would sometimes get more reminders than they necessarily wanted. I Do believe you can change your settings on this though.

Cons: customer support isn't always the easiest to deal with. they don't always answer emails or get back to you in a timely manner

Pros: It had a great reminder schedule and even sent sweet birthday messages. helped out patients remember their appointments even the day of.

Cons: You could not get a hold of support when you needed them. No way to even call in. You get a message stating they are not taking calls, to please email them your request. It took 4 days for a return call. Also did not integrate with Curve for Recare Reminders

Pros: I like being able to customize the way I communicate with each patient. I also have liked being able to text our patient, even though there are still a few bugs.

Cons: At this particular moment, conversations.. there are still some annoying bugs. I don't like how it will tell me I have a message a few min before actually receiving the message.

Pros: Patients love getting a reminder text from us about their upcoming appointments. In this day and age it makes it so convenient to confirm an appointment with a simple text.

Cons: They do not have support staff when you have an issue and it took 5 or 6 days for them to get back to me regarding a question I had. And I had to do it all through the chat and email.

Pros: The ease of online daily use as the person that used it, as well as the campaign letters you were able to send out.

Cons: The monthly expense of the software - once we tried to cancel, then they were wanting to give us a promotional deal...frustrating that they didn't offer it sooner.

Overall: Daily reminders, patients confirmations through emails, text messages and phone calls - They would generate a post card as well if we needed.

Pros: Conversations, that turns your office phone number into a text capable number is the best feature. I also love the reminders for the patients.

Cons: Not much, maybe would be better if it could be used with android tablet and not just an ipad. I cannot really think of any other con for this product. It is wonderful.

Pros: The program is easy to use and adjust to the needs of your office. The patients have absolutely loved getting texts rather the phone calls. It helps make our smaller office operate like some of the big guys out there.

Cons: Pricing tends to be a little steep when you add on some of the extras. Overall, though, I do understand that the cost of another employee would be higher.

Pros: I love how this platform integrates with our practice management software so it does all the tedious work for us, recalling, appointment reminders, eyewear notifications, etc. Customer service always goes above and beyond my expectations (which are pretty high) in achieving odd requests like a contact lens 'drip campaign' which will auto remind our CLS wears when its time to purchase more contacts as to not over wear the ones they purchased at the time of the exam. When I do have to call because of a glitch or issue with SR customer service always has it resolved in 1 phone call. All around we are very pleased with the services SR provides

Cons: The only thing I would ask to be improved on is that if a patient only has a cell phone on their account but the patient opts out of texting the platform will NOT call them, you have to pick up the phone and call the patient yourself.

Overall: A lot of very happy patients receiving text messages from us instead of phone calls and voicemails! and much more of course.

Cons: -Appointment glitches -Does not let you text patients back -Does not let you edit appointments -Will constantly send reminders to patients that already confirmed. -There is no customer service phone number (had to contact them through sales). -Nobody returns phone calls.

Pros: It saves our staff from having to make SEVERAL phone calls to patients. the good thing about this is it allows our staff to focus on getting other tasks done

Cons: nothing i have noticed as of yet. the only "small" thing i noticed was patients were getting alerts when they didn't need to. but that was fixed.

Comments: I hate you all!

Cons: Costumer service stinks! Impossible to get a hold on to anyone! Worse yet, they don't even have a phone number to call! If you need anything resolved, you need to go to their wesite, type in your username, type in your password, log in, find the page for support, find a page for the chat support, wait however many minutes it takes for someone to show up on the chat, then you have to identify yourself, give your name, number, name of your office, then you have to request for a phone call, then you have to wait for a phone call, then you have to talk about any problems you may be having with the software (and believe me, you'll have plenty...!!!), then the guy you just spent 15 minutes explaining your problem over the phone is going to tell you something like: "I just answer phones, I need to transfer you to a technician who can help...", then you have to be on hold again for so long that you can even write a long review such as this one as you wait for them to pick it up (I'm literaly writing this as I'm on hold for them...), then you have to explain your problem all over again, hoping it would be solved by that person at the first time they try, and then pray to GOD it never happens again (which, it will), so you dont have to call these guys ever again! Not productive at all! And they though that changing to chat-only support would be a good idea....! ... Very disapointing, SR!!!!

Pros: I loved the service I received from customer service and the technicians, especially our trainer. But the service itself is amazing too, it helps our practice so much and I can't say enough good things about SolutionReach.

Cons: Honestly, there isn't much negative here. I will say sometimes it's hard to get to talk to a person on the phone when you have a problem, but I usually use the chat feature anyway.

Pros: Solution Reach has helped our office go to the next level. It has saved us lots of time by not having to call patients every day.

Cons: If there is anything that we do not like about SR is is strictly personal. Our office sometimes has to disable a patient text just by the way that we do our schedule every now and then so it does not confuse the patient on when and where to go for their appointment.

Overall: Extreme time saving

Comments: Perfect for boosting your practice, updating and promoting your online presence and patient satisfaction. Texting communication and emailed newsletter's keep patients informed in this age of technology. Absolutely recommend to all practices, establish and new, for boosting your numbers and maintaining satisfied patients.

Pros: Online marketing has helped us contact new groups of potential patients. Newsletters keep patients informed of upcoming events, office hours and workshops. Birthday and holidays are never missed with their email program. An awesome tool to boost your online presence and in turn grow your practice.

Cons: Took a few videos of learn all the ones and outs, but well worth it! And in the end.... Nothing but positive reviews!

We have had great experiences with SolutionReach. Would highly reccomend!

Pros: They do a lot of my daily tasks that would normally take a lot of time that I could be using elsewhere. So nice, and they integrate iPads into the system for our new patient forms, makes it generally quick and easy to check in a new patient. LOVE IT!!

Cons: There is a charge for any new feature that I think should be part of the whole. It's not terrible, some of it we are fine without, but it would be nice.

Overall: Saves me time and money! Frees up some time to do other work that would otherwise be on the "back burner".

Cons: Software Aggreement with our Software Company that happened after we had been with Solution Reach for several years. They could work it out to keep them.

Pros: The software is very easy to use. A lot of awesome features. You can even get them to assist you with the newsletters and more complicated features.

Cons: Very different from our previous software. It was hard to learn the new way to create newsletters and campaigns. That platform could be changed a little

Pros: Recalls and appointment confirmations. Customization is great also. You can have them send out 100 recalls a day or just make that total weekly.

Cons: We have had issues with interfacing. Our system AMD does not always stay connected with Solution Reach and we have to re-interface.

Pros: This product has helped our office become more efficient, and has saved us hundreds that would have been spent on recall post cards and staff time used to call patients about appointment reminders and eyewear notifications.

Cons: While they have been pushing out a lot of new products, they have been quite glitchy. We like where they are headed, there have just been a few bumps on the road to get there. Once they have ironed out the kinks, I'm sure everything will be smooth sailing again.

Overall: This product has allowed us to engage with our patients on a scale that we couldn't imagine before. We are more accessible, which allows us to respond faster and in methods that work best for our patients.

Solution Reach is so easy to use and their customer service is outstanding!

Pros: I love that Solutionreach is so user friendly and if there is ever something that I don't understand I can easily reach a representative to explain whatever I'm having trouble with or a demo to show me.

Cons: sometimes there is a lag between Solutionreach and Eaglesoft but its gotten significantly better in the last year.

Overall: we use the auto reminders which saves us a lot of time on calling all the patients, and Solutionreach Conversation which has saved us a lot of failed appointments.

Pros: There is nothing this software does that any other PRM software doesn't do as well or better. There is nothing to value most about it.

Cons: SR Conversations has not worked well since we added it to our SR package in November. We have spent countless phone calls trying to reinstall, update our OS, anything to correct what is clearly a problem with their system. The delay in connecting to their server is up to 30 minutes PER MESSAGE. We constantly shut down and restart both the app and the browser version of SR Convo to see any texts. They clearly pushed and launched a product that was not ready for release. When I called today they have TURNED OFF THEIR PHONES so no one can reach anyone at their company directly. Forcing us to use their "Chat" option, which, SURPRISE! takes 20-30 minutes to connect, only to be told for the 100th time their engineers are "working on it". Have we received any compensation for a program we pay for, but can barely use? Nope! All very ironic for a company focused on "revolutionizing relationships". More like dissolving relationships. We are actively looking for another PRM software provider.

Pros: Advanced notifications and ease of sending out mass notifications if a physician is out sick or weather shuts us down.

Cons: Like all "computer-types" when they work they are great and when they are down its a nightmare. Luckily we haven't had many times when Solution Reach has went down and they couldn't get us back up and going immediately.

Overall: Less time spent on the phone to remind patients about appointments. Less time stuffing/stamping recalls and the ability to send out mass notifications in case of illness or weather delays or cancellations.

Pros: It is fine as far as what it does. It is not the software that is the problem its all the extra charges they do not tell you about.

Comments: SR is redefining what patient communications SHOULD be as well as what customer service should be. They are one of the few companies I've ever worked with that promised less than it actually delivered. Every day I am thankful for SR. It's one huge piece I don't have to think about or worry about. If I tried to get rid of SR my staff would revolt. It makes our lives so much easier and makes us look great to our patients.

Pros: I can't decide if my favorite part of this software is that I don't have to think about it and it takes loads of work off my staffs' desks or if it's the tech support when we have a question. I also love being able to text my patients rather than tying up phone lines.

Cons: I wish I'd started with SR years ago. It would have made my life so much easier! We used to spend hours and money every week chasing down patients who are overdue for appointments. Now SR takes care of that and my staff can use their time so much more productively.

Comments: We have been successfully using SR for 8 awesome months. Our business is always looking for the next best practice management system to help us grow and have the best communication with our patients. SR helps us thrive on delivering the highest level of dental care to our patients through education, professionalism and compassion. SR really helps us to achieve that through educational newsletters, customized reminders and birthday wishes. We utilize all features included in the software, but I definitely have my favorites. We have a large Spanish speaking population and SR allows us to customize reminders to be in Spanish and remind them as often as the patient would like. I also really enjoy the conversations aspect of this platform, as it gives us a chance to communicate with patients in different ways while staying HIPPA compliant. Also, SR is linked up with Carecredit and you can see your schedule for the day, as well as, a sign next to each pt who has Carecredit and the amount they have available. Having this knowledge is beneficial in morning meetings to help capture treatment.Sr has Benefited us in many ways and made our office more efficient. It helps us be able to focus on what¿s going on in the office instead of calling for every reminder. SR will email, call or text patients to remind them of appts. As well, they send continuing care reminders when the patients are past due. Which saves us from making all those phone calls to get people in for past due cleanings. By doing so, we have SR doing that while we focus on TX and pts in the office.Our pts love having different options to communicate with us. They all have busy lives and no time to call or can¿t be on the phone at work. So, they email or text us directly to schedule or ask questions. They can also use limelight/ SR scheduler to pick a day and time without having to go back and forth with me on days and times. Also, they have access to the PT portal to view past and future appt and pay bills. They pretty much have everything at their fingertips, at their convenience. I would recommend SR to any office looking to streamline their communications, boost productivity and gain efficacy. It¿s like having another front office personnel covering the things that may fall through the cracks or things you don¿t have time to get to. I have to add that customer service with SR has been on point. Everyone we have communicated with is thorough, knowledgeable, kind and willing to help you. Also, they provide SR community, blog, webinars and educational sites to go find answers to questions, ask questions and getr answers. Their learning tools and discussions have been very helpful to our company.

Pros: Lots of great features including, but not limited to, online scheudling, campaigns (drip/ set), convesations (texting), educational library and good customer service etc

Cons: Kind of costly for a small practice as everything has an additional cost. The main concept is great, but can get a little daunting.

Pros: Automically send appointment reminders(as often as you require) also send birthday greetings. The added feature of SR conversations is very cool, it's as if the patient can text a friend at the office instead of calling for a quick question. Also love the newsletter feature.

Cons: I would prefer to have more than one designated customer service agent on our account. Sometimes we have to wait up to an hour for an answer to a question or issue we may have.

Overall: Our patients love the appointment reminders, we have one go out as soon as they are scheduled, then 24 hours in advance and then again 2 hours prior to their appointment.

They will lock you into a contract.

Pros: I love the positive feedback from our patients. They love the text message reminders and ability to communicate. Our missed appointments have decreased to almost none. Cons: Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.

Overall: I like that it has cut down on the confirming the appointments for the office. it has assisted in reducing the no-show rate but 1/2. Pros: The only pro that I can think of is that I practiced for several years before finding them and that my family doesn't rely on them for any useful service because this company literally hates customers. They need to learn customer service. I recommend that they read The Nordstrom Way

Cons: They refuse to let you out of your contract and try to charger you money to break your contract. Terrible service, Cody would not let me talk to anyone else but him and would not provide corporate information. I have contacted my local dental association and the president of the ADA with my complaint. This company is the absolute worst and treats dentists very badly

Pros: What we really like as a practice is how easy the program is to use. And when you don't understand something customer service is great about helping out

Cons: Don't like being charge for every "new" thing that comes out would like to pay flat rate for updates

Pros: We are spending less time on the telephone. I feel like we have caught up to the rest of the world with our automated system. Allowing patients to respond with a text message of an email eliminates a call to their voicemail and then back to us. How many times do we get a message after the business has closed? Now we are at their finger tips.

Cons: There are a few limitations with out optometric software but not many. Waiting for the system to update to make sure a message is delivered can be frustrating.

Pros: I love the dashboard that gives all of the "need to know" information. It's easy to move around the site.

Cons: Creating groups and newsletters can be a little tricky. I'm sure if I spent some more time on it, it would help :)

Pros: I love how easy it is to communicate via text with this software! Not everyone has time to answer the phone or give you a call back to confirm their appointment.

Cons: I wish the whole system was able to update in real time and not have to wait for it to sync every couple of hours.

Overall: Love that our patients can schedule online at any time day or night and that we can text our patients to remind of their appointments.

A 5 STAR "MUST HAVE" FOR YOUR OFFICE!

Pros: SO EASY TO USE AND IF EVER NEEDED...A TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM THAT ALWAYS PROVIDE FANTASTIC SUPPORT. CONFIRMATIONS ARE SO EASY AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE PATIENTS QUICK AND EFFECTIVE!

Cons: NOTHING. SOLUTION REACH IS THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE PATIENT COMMUNICATION PLATFORM I HAVE EVER SEEN (AND IVE SEEN THE COMPETITORS!).

Pros: We love how our communication with patients has improved and therefore our no show patients has decreased! The website is so easy to use and if I ever have any questions I know that customer service is always going to be professional and helpful!

Cons: The only con to the website is that is doesn't update often enough I feel. We can delete an appointment and if Solutionreach doesn't update it will send them a confirmation even though they have already cancelled the appointment.

Pros: The ease of getting the program up and running is fantastic. Everything from the program itself to the one on one coaching has been way above expectations

Cons: Nothing comes to mind at the moment other than it could be the cause of fewer human jobs at the front desks of offices haha

Pros: Everything. Especially that we can text patients. Our patients rave about the service. They love it.

Cons: Nothing for now. I truly love everything about them. Any issues I have I contact them directly and they usually fix the problem.

Comments: I must say that calling support is actually enjoyable. I have never encountered anyone who doesn't go the extra mile to help, Everyone shows an honest interest in my questions and always makes sure all my needs are taken care of. Kudos to Solutionreach Support

Pros: What I love most about Solutionreach is the ease of use. The time saving component in itself is amazing where confirmations are concerned. The ability to reach all of your patients with a simple keystroke is the best! Newsletters are a great way to keep everyone in your practice updated on whats happening in the office. Knowing that patients are contacted for recare is a huge plus also

Cons: My least favorite thing about the program is being able to better control when confirmations are sent. If a patient schedules an appointment within the next two weeks, it is fabulous for them to get a reminder immediately, however, if that appointment is scheduled for 6 months out, it is really not beneficial as they confirm and then do not receive any additional confirmations.

Easy to use, perfect for our office.

Pros: The ease of how the patients are contacted

Cons: We have used this product for about 3years. The patients are still telling me that they have "responded to the text" however I do not get an email advising of the patients response. Rather it be confirming, cancelling or texting me a reason why the need to reschedule.

Pros: I love the ease of communicating with patients. Most of our patient base is completely thrilled with the text and email reminders. It also makes my job much easier!

Cons: Some of our older patients do not like the texts, so, we just continue to call them, but most are getting into the technology

Pros: Solution Reach contacts the bulk of your patients without wasting valuable front desk time. The texting is great for the younger generations. People love it yet our older generation can still get the phone call they want.

Cons: Originally had some bugs to work out but Solution Reach has been making an effort to correct the problems.

Pros: It helps reduce the number of patients that I have to call whether it be to confirm an appointment or to follow up with them.

Cons: We were expecting more patients to be scheduled for recare with solution reach, this area hasn't been as successful as we would have hoped.

Pros: The reminders are fantastic! Very easy to customize how often messages go out via both text and email. The surveys and reviews are helpful as well. Tons of options for staying in touch with patients via newsletters and social media.

Cons: Additional costs for new features; there are occasions where messages have trouble getting through--be it patient confirmations coming in on our end or patients receiving messages for appointments they've already rescheduled.

Pros: I love that it takes cares of all the patient reminders. It saves our office so much time every day!

Cons: I wish the conversations feature was not an additional cost but was rather included in the monthly price.

Pros: I love that I don't have to spend time calling to confirm patients or calling patients to inform them that their glasses or contacts are ready. I love that patients can confirm their appointments from the text or email. I love that the patients LOVE the convenience of not having to return a phone call. I love the newsletter feature and the staff at Solutionreach is great about helping develop an eye catching, informative newsletter that I was able to send out for #NationalSunglassDay, even when I requested help at the last minute.

Customer and primary user for 2 years LOVE IT!

Comments: I have had several other office sign up and love solution reach since we have been using and they all love it!

Pros: Direct messaging and group messaging are excellent. When there is a bad accident or we need to cancel or fill several appointments.

Cons: Lack of online fillable forms, the portal view from the patient side is a little outdated and should have each family member on its own tab. Minor details though

Wonderful service and great for our practice!
