Pros: This software is very easy to use and is very easy to use on the user end--the subcription process is a cinch!
Cons: I'm not too fond of the appearance of the website because it's a bit outdated in my opinion but other than that it's great!
Overall: Communicate with our local public health department.
Pros: We use everbridge for alert escalations. They have this cool feature of converting text to speech. It helps us automate every critical alert to be called in and report it. Also, there's good flexibility on setting up different escaltion levels and set some rules on top of it. They have REST API, email ingestion and good UI capabilities.
Cons: Shift scheduling feature is kind of hard to set up. I wish they would have setup everything in one simple UI page.
