They have this cool feature of converting text to speech. It helps us automate every critical alert to be called in and report it. Also, there's good flexibility on setting up different escaltion levels and set some rules on top of it. They have REST API, email ingestion and good UI capabilities. Cons Shift scheduling feature is kind of hard to set up. I wish they would have setup everything in one simple UI page.
