It’s a resource but not impressed, it could be simpler to use and could have better software experience all together

Pros

Not sure if there is much to like about it. I constantly had issue with this app when it work its fair, has a lot of sub categories.

Cons

It tends to shut down very often, middle of creating a request or trying to pin point a specific site or equipment and it would shut down in the middle of your work

Pros

What I really liked about Tenna is how it simplifies and centralizes equipment management. The real-time visibility into asset location and utilization is especially valuable. it helps keep operations on track and makes it easier to make informed decisions without chasing down information. It’s a smart, practical solution that really aligns with the needs of the field.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about Tenna. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has been a great tool for both me and our team.

Overall experience has been positive thus far, solid platform for tracking your assets and equipment performance.

Pros

Tenna has been able to cover all of our tracking needs for all of the vehicles, heavy equipment, tow behind and small equipment, rental equipment and attachments in our fleet. It has also improved with maintaining our preventative maintenance program to signifyingly reduce costly repairs and keeping us on track with our 90 BIT inspections. By implementing the Driver Scorecard reports as a coaching tool has dramatically improved our employees' driving habits while driving company vehicles. Using the reports in Tenna for Idling and Asset Utilization reports we have been able to show a $20000 a month savings for the company The customer service provided by our Customer Account Managers have been excellent.

Cons

When they implement updates to the software, it sometimes will change the formatting on existing reports causing the user to update prior reports to match.

Overall experience has been excellent with great service and a good product. I’m really happy with \[sensitive content hidden\] and her efforts to make this product a success, her support from ownership to service I am very pleased with.

Pros

For me, it’s just that I can open it up on my iPad when I’m driving and I can see location and check engine hours.

Cons

Sometimes the tracker units will stay stuck on the previous job site where they’re at I know that our shop manager along with our sales rep is working on why that is.

Tenna for what I use it for is extremely useful and helpful and customer service has been awesome thanks to Elizabeth Torrez..

Pros

Being able to look up a piece of equipment and know where it is and see the utilization for future services

Cons

Having to take what seems like extra steps to create anything in Tenna. I am getting used to it and have found work arounds for the most part always something new to learn with Tenna

Great people developing a great product for the industry. When our fleet department fully adopts the tool the cost savings outweigh the cost of the software.

Pros

Customer service is top notch. All software has its issues but good customer service makes the difference.

Cons

For our service industry the inspection report could be a bit more precise for what we do. We have moves that don’t require a DVIR report and it creates false negative reporting.

Excellent quality product and very stable in my operation. Tenna gives you what you put into it which means it can be daunting if you don't have the resources to keep all assets up to date.

Pros

The customer service and resources for just about any topic. The knowledge base is current and help is always a call away

Cons

The base cost of the core features is expensive and it takes a lot of company resources to implement.

Overall, Tenna is a great tool for asset management and record keeping. We were expecting the set up to take a long time but the process was quick and well managed.

Pros

Pros: The sales staff is well trained, informative, and responsive. The tracking equipment was easy to install. The platform is constantly being updated and is easy to utilize.

Cons

I have not had any issues with the product and anything minor that we have encountered was taken care of within a few days.

Pros

Tenna has been a valuable solution for our organization, significantly improving equipment management and security protocols over the past five years. The system has contributed to the recovery of stolen vehicles and equipment, demonstrating its effectiveness in loss prevention and asset retrieval. This provides peace of mind and financial benefits. The breadth of support from the office to the field has been excellent. I appreciate Tenna focuses on the construction industry and its unique needs.

Pros

Very easy to use, it has become a critical tool for managing crew, equipment and maintenance. Great way to have crew accountability.

Cons

If there is a lot of equipment there it will take a level of effort to implement. Tenna helps. After the initial set up it becomes simple.
