Pros Tenna has been able to cover all of our tracking needs for all of the vehicles, heavy equipment, tow behind and small equipment, rental equipment and attachments in our fleet. It has also improved with maintaining our preventative maintenance program to signifyingly reduce costly repairs and keeping us on track with our 90 BIT inspections. By implementing the Driver Scorecard reports as a coaching tool has dramatically improved our employees' driving habits while driving company vehicles. Using the reports in Tenna for Idling and Asset Utilization reports we have been able to show a $20000 a month savings for the company The customer service provided by our Customer Account Managers have been excellent. Cons When they implement updates to the software, it sometimes will change the formatting on existing reports causing the user to update prior reports to match.
