Overall experience has been positive thus far, solid platform for tracking your assets and equipment performance.

Pros

Tenna has been able to cover all of our tracking needs for all of the vehicles, heavy equipment, tow behind and small equipment, rental equipment and attachments in our fleet. It has also improved with maintaining our preventative maintenance program to signifyingly reduce costly repairs and keeping us on track with our 90 BIT inspections. By implementing the Driver Scorecard reports as a coaching tool has dramatically improved our employees' driving habits while driving company vehicles. Using the reports in Tenna for Idling and Asset Utilization reports we have been able to show a $20000 a month savings for the company The customer service provided by our Customer Account Managers have been excellent.

Cons

When they implement updates to the software, it sometimes will change the formatting on existing reports causing the user to update prior reports to match.

The full scope of the program cannot be understated for use in camera funcionality maintenance reports as well as data retrieval for insurance/ reporting

Cons

Dashboard is not customizable as well as the work order function could be more streamlined with less requirements for creating one

Easy to use platform, good range of tracker types for all applications

Cons

Needs Spanish version, needs a better report for driver metrics- i.e. speeding report, harsh braking etc... cost is high

Overall my experience with Tenna has been amazing! Our \[sensitive content hidden\] is awesome and is always ready to help answer any questions we have. Since installing Tenna to our fleet, finding assets, verifying hour/miles for services, checking DTC's remotely (another favorite feature of mine!) has made my life easier as a mechanic. I can schedule services in advance, order parts for DTC repairs, and locate vehicles that require road calls, all through the Tenna app. Im a huge fan of efficiency and being prepared!

Pros

As a mechanic, I like that the drivers and operators can submit maintenance requests through Tenna and it will notify the mechanics, supervisors and managers. This is huge for me because keeping track of repairs and being able to communicate any needed repairs in a timely manner helps prevent downtime.

Cons

The thing I like least is the Work order system. Its been a learning curve since im so used to my old work order system.

Pros

Very easy to use, it has become a critical tool for managing crew, equipment and maintenance. Great way to have crew accountability.

Cons

If there is a lot of equipment there it will take a level of effort to implement. Tenna helps. After the initial set up it becomes simple.

Overall experience has been excellent with great service and a good product. I’m really happy with \[sensitive content hidden\] and her efforts to make this product a success, her support from ownership to service I am very pleased with.

Pros

For me, it’s just that I can open it up on my iPad when I’m driving and I can see location and check engine hours.

Cons

Sometimes the tracker units will stay stuck on the previous job site where they’re at I know that our shop manager along with our sales rep is working on why that is.

It's been fun learning the system, and as the more I use it I'm liking it more each day. So, thank you to all at Tenna for helping us out with your system.

Pros

I like being able to change from category to other on the fly, also creating WOs are a breeze and the info that you can add makes things awesome for my mechanics.

Cons

Sometimes it would be nice to be able to setup a site without setup a GE fence for one reason. As a contractor we bid on jobs and win the bid, we would like to be able to enter the job in Tenna, so we have the address in place for our crews. But not all the time until the job gets going do we have equipment on site.

Excellent. We were w/ a Verizon product before Tenna & it was a headache. This has been much better.

Pros

The team has a construction background & understand what we need w/ regard to downtime & logistic challenges. They flew in their installer who was an Ex-mechanic and understood construction equipment. Verizon telematics sent us a younger local guy who installed radios. Some stuff got messed up but could have been worse considering the complexity of the computers in our newer crane fleet.

Cons

Not crazy about the AT&T service. It's a non issue when in Metropolitain areas buy can be a problem in more remote rural areas.

It has been a positive one. I am an actual in the field user. It has simplified paperwork being lost, getting wet and having to scan into our system, and the tracking of actual inspections being done is greatly improved plus being able to see if users are actually doing the equipment inspection before the equipment is used.

Pros

The ease of use and tracking of the machine. It is nice to be able to use my phone for equipment inspections.

Cons

Some of the questions are not relevant to the machine being used.

Overall Tenna is a great product and I would highly recommend.

Pros

The vast amount of information available on the portal interface is very helpful. Their customer service team is top notch. The willingness of the programing team to make modifications for our particular circumstances has been impressive.

Cons

The integration to our Spectrum accounting system has been slow to refine, however the implementation team has put forth a lot of effort to make it right.

From the beginning conversations with the Tenna sales team, installation crews and software / training teams we have been very impressed so far. It is nice to be able to reach someone live by phone for questions whenever needed, every employee I have had conversation with have been extremely nice and helpful!

Pros

After trying a few other GPS tracking brands with many multiple issues we are glad we found Tenna. Vehicle tracking seems to be where most GPS companies excel, Tenna is the only company that was able to seamlessly track our heavy equipment without issues!

Cons

We have not had any issues that could not be taken care of with a phone call!

We have recovered two pieces of stolen equipment within hours of them being taken. This alone paid for the system.

Pros

It is easy to use and get deployed. The fact that your entire fleet is instantly accessible from your smart phone exceeds anyone else systems.

Cons

Inability to sort the display to show the equipment in numerical order on I Phones

Reason for choosing Tenna

It was recommended by a close associate who I deeply trust. His advice was very convincing and has worked for us.

Great product and great costumer service from the very beginning! Tenna has been amazing with helping us to make adjustments to fit our needs!

Pros

It can some times be difficult implementing tracking software because its complicated. I really like how organized the software is and if can't figure something out or need help our Tenna CS is always on top of it. The quality of the product is great and have had no issues with equipment that was installed.

Cons

It would be great if the reserve it had the option to be able to reserve equipment for just one day instead of a minimum of two.

Reason for choosing Tenna

We felt that Tenna had all the options to manage and control our assets efficiently.

Pros

Ease of implementation and use. The mobile app is absolutely great.

Cons

Would like more customization in the inspections module. We would like to use it for inspections on our concrete plant assets but it does not currently accommodate that.

The customer service at Tenna can almost be unmatched. Anytime I have had any questions, or maybe the same question, I have gotten a response from the account managers in a very timely fashion. They are patient and really take the time to make sure you understand anytime you need help.

Pros

The system is easy to navigate and provides clear, concise locations for 99% of our units in the field.

Cons

The setup process is lengthy but it all pays off in the end.

The Tenna system was great to work with. Adding assets and scanning was very easy. Iit updates the physical location every time its scanned which is key in knowing where your assets are.

Pros

GPS location pinned at every scan, ease of use when working with the system.

Cons

Need a spot to track maintenance by hours and miles, but I am told that is in the works.
