Tenna has been a valuable solution for our organization, significantly improving equipment management and security protocols over the past five years. The system has contributed to the recovery of stolen vehicles and equipment, demonstrating its effectiveness in loss prevention and asset retrieval. This provides peace of mind and financial benefits. Excellent quality product and very stable in my operation. Tenna gives you what you put into it which means it can be daunting if you don't have the resources to keep all assets up to date.

Pros

The customer service and resources for just about any topic. The knowledge base is current and help is always a call away

Cons

The base cost of the core features is expensive and it takes a lot of company resources to implement.

Pros

First and foremost the simplicity of the system to navigate. I’m not overly tech savvy and it’s easy for me. On top of that the ability to have driver score cards and manage safe driving.

Cons

Haven’t found any yet. Whenever there are issues they are quick to work together to find a solution when looking for a partner this is exactly what you want.

Great people developing a great product for the industry. When our fleet department fully adopts the tool the cost savings outweigh the cost of the software.

Pros

Customer service is top notch. All software has its issues but good customer service makes the difference.

Cons

For our service industry the inspection report could be a bit more precise for what we do. We have moves that don’t require a DVIR report and it creates false negative reporting.

Being able to look up a piece of equipment and know where it is and see the utilization for future services

Cons

Having to take what seems like extra steps to create anything in Tenna. I am getting used to it and have found work arounds for the most part always something new to learn with Tenna

Pros

The system has already paid for itself in protecting our people. The cameras have been instrumental in preventing false claims against our drivers.

Cons

Tenna support has been among the best in my career. They are responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable but when they don’t have the answer, they pass it on to the person that does in a timely manner.

This has been a terrible experience. We immediately went back to our maintenance program fleetio but since we were on contract with tenna I decided to utilize the telematics side. After 5 months of constantly trying to find machines that the tenna device has stopped working on I will be moving to cat vision link.

Pros

The package was purchased with us thinking it was a great idea to combine our maintenance program with telematics. The app is easy to use for location if the devices would read accurately. We thought we were going to be getting diagnostic readings and it works on about 1% of the units.

Cons

Maintenance program is out of date and not as fast or easy to use for documentation storage. Hard to make workorders and time consuming. Telematics are not that well as we have constant failures. Support never gets back to you.

Overall, Tenna is a great tool for asset management and record keeping. We were expecting the set up to take a long time but the process was quick and well managed.

Pros

Pros: The sales staff is well trained, informative, and responsive. The tracking equipment was easy to install. The platform is constantly being updated and is easy to utilize.

Cons

I have not had any issues with the product and anything minor that we have encountered was taken care of within a few days.

Overall, I thought the team with Tenna was helpful and responsive. The biggest issue was the time it takes setting everything up and getting up and running, getting our field team to be comfortable using the app and put all the information necessary.

Pros

I really like the integrations it has with other tools and software systems. It also has a good mobile app, and I felt the service help and setup team was very helpful.

Cons

There was a decent level of learning curve to using Tenna. Also the setup was pretty extensive in terms of getting the trackers installed on all our assets. Also in some scenarios there was dependence on internet connections which can be an issue in some of our more remote locations.

We tried other fleet systems in the past and once we came across Tenna we haven't looked back. The software and hardware are unmatched by previous competitors we tried. Customer support is excellent. Anytime I need new hardware, or have any questions, our account rep is quick to make sure we are taken care of.

Pros

The ability to see where all of our equipment is at all time provides peace of mind, and helps with our scheduling process. Tracking hours and milage, as well as maintenance alerts are a huge plus. Tenna helps us keep all of our assets organized all in one platform.

Cons

The filters are helpful, but it would be ideal if when viewing all inventory without filters, if the assets were in dropdown boxes by category or fleet id, and if the dropdowns could be hidden. Having the ability to inline edit assets instead of individually would be great as well.

Tenna has the capability to cover all of my tracking needs such as, heavy equipment, vehicles, mid-sized machinery, attachments, small tools, and consumables all on one platform. It has also help with our preventative maintenance program to signifyingly reduce costly repairs throughout our fleet. And again, I can't say enough on their customer service.

Pros

The customer support staff is by far some of the best that I have ever worked with. Tenna is very easy to use and navigate around in the platform.

Cons

Tenna’s quality comes at a price, and I feel that some addons that they charge for should be included in the original modules, I look at it as just bettering their product.

Pros

The ease of locating equipment and tools. Overall the app is very easy for field personnel to navigate. The customer service is impeccable. Staff is very knowledgeable of construction and how best to apply and have full use of Tenna.

Cons

I wish the Resource Management Schedule was easier and more practical and looking forward to advancements so it can be more useful. Main function being able to export and share the schedule. Having a better Geofence feature to accurately capture when working for two different customers in close proximity.

It has been hard at times, but I know they are working on making it better and I love that they are open to feedback. The product itself is good and worth checking out to see if it fits your company!

Pros

I love how Tenna works overall and I love being able to track my equipment, inventory, and tools in one place with a lot of the data easy to get too.

Cons

They don't allow customization in the forms, re provisioning of the map and geofence data, and the lack of a "Help" section is very bothersome. Especially when trying to set up the permissions in the system. Also, the permissions is a hard area to navigate and figure out how to work.
