Roubler is a good software but the lack of good functionality with holiday management makes it extremely difficult to accurately track holidays of staff.

Pros

Roubler is a end to end solution for onboarding to payroll, rostering and holiday management. It is one of the few softwares capable of doing this.

Cons

Holidays are a mess in Roubler. The support team cannot get it right. I have been trying to get this sorted for well over 2 years now and I have problems each month that I have to report to support. I dont understand that how Roubler cannot implement a simple holiday management system but yet easily do the more complicated payroll etc. ROUBLER NEEDS TO GET THIS HOLIDAYS CORRECT. I have several times flagged this to their \[sensitive content hidden\] too. I have lost count on the number of hours I spent trying to streamline holidays and correct the mistakes on Roubler.

En general, es una buena aplicación, para que las pequeñas y medianas empresas gestionen de forma más eficiente a sus empleados.

Pros

Esta aplicación es muy buena para las empresas, porque facilita la selección de candidatos para contratar en una empresa. Esta basado en la nube y también asigna bien el horario de los empleados con los respectivos cambios de turno o las nóminas de cada uno de ellos.

Creo que le falta algo de optimización a la aplicación, porque a veces va un poco lenta.

Overall really good, saved heaps of money by relacing a few different systems to using just one. I no longer need to do payroll as they manage that all for me. Which has saved me loads of time and money and I can actually take holidays without worrying about payroll!

Pros

Love how easy it is to manage and pay my team. I only need to log into one platform I can see all my staff, they manage our payroll as well so all I need to do is roster my staff and approve their timesheets. The rest is done for me.

Cons

The employee app can be a little buggy but they did say a new one is coming by xmas.

Pros

End to end all in one software. The service from the Roubler team both in Australia, Singapore and other regions around the world has been exceptional. Couldn't recommend it higher.

Cons

If I had to choose one, I would say that some of the job advertising modules are in beta but given how quickly Roubler continues to develop with new releases most weeks I am looking forward to how quickly this becomes a more sophisticated module.
