Pros

The Linq provided a very easy means of digitizing process of asset management, data collection, and data management. The app was easy for our field staff / technicians to set up and start immediately using.

Cons

The Linq support staff was very responsive in addressing modifications after going live and using the product. Any limitations or challenges, such as off-line use when no wifi or cellular services were available, were quickly resolved. Therefore, no cons identified.

Pros

Linq makes repetitive tasks consistently accurate and orderly. The best feature about the software is you have on you a live and up to date database of gained history all at hand via your phone, iPad or PC. Instant asset tracking that can be passed on to key decision makers to give accountability.

Cons

I wish I had starting using this in my business years earlier.
