Pros: Secure delivery of information to a client. Client can access policies at their convenience. Request for driver changes, coverage change and certificates is very straight forward. The ability to have the client issue a certificate themselves is very useful.

Cons: CSR 24/7 can be used as a stand alone product or in conjunction with Applied Systems Tam program. This review is for the latter. Because the information in the CSR 24/7 program is garnered from the TamOnline program, information is easily duplicated or missing altogether. There is no mapping primmer to know where the information is pulling from so it makes it difficult to clean it up.

Overall: Working towards a paperless environment, CSR 24/7 was the next logical step. No more printing and mailing policies and endorsements. The process of "delivering" paperwork to the client could not be easier. For the client, while they are looking at their policy, they can request a change without leaving the program which is a convenience they love.
Set-up is easy except for duplication of information. When this occurs, you must figure out where it is pulling from and correct it in your management system, wait for the extract to occur overnight and then proceed.
