"We have used it for years and have been pleased with it."
Pros: The software is intuitive and easy to use. Upgrades throughout the years have been thoughtful and relevant.
Cons: The only negative is that each of our users can see the other user's info. But that could be changed if we purchased multiple copies of the software. We do not however wish to do that and do not consider it necessary for the way we use it.

Overall: This software enables me to keep everything organized within the company. We keep all our files, emails, work orders etc. all on Build-it. This way everyone can access everything whenever they want. Eliminates trying to find old files in a filing cabinet or a box somewhere.
Pros: I like the integration of our emails through the software. I also like that it is web based so you can log-in from anywhere that you have internet access. No need to have the program downloaded onto a computer.
Cons: I can't say there is anything that I really don't like about the software. There are always some little quirks that some people may not like but nothing that really stands out. I guess the only thing is that it's not available in app format yet, but it is coming soon!
