EHR1 generally has improved the speed of healthcare delivery of services. patients are able to send direct messages to the healthcare providers. treatment planning system which stand as a guide that enables a general schedule of treatment activities. scheduling appointments is more ease than ever. getting patients records and information is faster and done in a secure manner.

Pros

it being a cloud based system makes it favourable to most vendors patient portals which enables patients to perform self services at their comfort zones. the medical clinicians have ease time in making prescriptions as much tasks is made online thus less paperwork. patients can communicate through charting with their clinicians. the interaction enables a very credible interaction. automatic appointment reminders which enables patients honour appointment dates. medical billing services easy to integrate with other software's.

Cons

EHR1 software is kind of expensive compared to other electronic health records software platforms.
