Still in the initial launch phase, however, I seem to be finding more bugs than the QA team

Pros: super easy to use and "unlimited users". We have always been limited by user license access. ThoughtSpot allows us to overcome that with a "Google-like" interface.

Cons: The bugs in the current version 4.2.3 specifically around the database have been frustrating. Table deadlock recurrences and internal database crashes. These are small in the grand scheme of things but are an annoyance.

Overall: Unlimited users and simple interface for the "lay" user makes it so much more simple to train and engage.
