We zijn over het algemeen erg tevreden met Plek. Onze Plek is niet meer weg te denken binnen onze organisatie!

Pros

Dankzij Plek houden we vanuit het hoofdkantoor verbinding met medewerkers op meer dan 70 locaties. Ook hebben de locaties veel meer verbinding met elkaar. We informeren medewerkers snel en gemakkelijk en kunnen hen om feedback vragen. Ook is het fijn dat er een plek is voor alle relevante (statische) informatie binnen onze organisatie. Daarnaast is het zeer gemakkelijk in gebruik, er zijn geen cursussen nodig!

Cons

Een voordeel van een gedeeld platform is dat het regelmatig geüpdatet wordt en je daarvan profiteert. Een nadeel is dat er weinig mogelijkheden zijn tot 'customisation' en dat het soms erg lang duurt voordat een wens beschikbaar wordt, of een bug gemaakt.

Reasons for choosing Plek

We waren eigenlijk in eerste instantie meer overtuigd van de andere partij. Toen hebben we van zowel Plek als onze andere optie een demo ontvangen. Daar scoorde Plek veruit het beste op gebruikersgemak en handigheidjes. De keuze was daarna gemakkelijk gemaakt!

Door Plek weten onze 750 collega's nu ineens wat er allemaal gebeurt in onze organisatie. Wij zijn decentraal georganiseerd: 1 hoofdkantoor en 22 vestigingen verspreid door NL. Plek werkt heel verbindend. Ineens zie je gezichten van collega's, en delen we onze hoogtepunten en best practises. Collega's stellen elkaar vragen en leren van elkaar. Iedereen heeft toegang tot alle benodigde kennis en documenten en kan die binnen enkele kliks vinden, dankzij de zeer intuïtieve structuur van Plek en goede zoekfunctie. We weten nu veel beter waar collega's mee bezig zijn. Plek vergroot het werkplezier en heeft de interne communicatie bij ons enorm verder gebracht. We gaan Plek ook inzetten voor onboarding.

Pros

Eenvoud in gebruik. Iedereen snapt snel hoe het werkt. Eigentijdse look en feel, in eigen huisstijl. Zeer goede online handleiding. Heel compleet: goede kennisbank-opties, goede samenwerkingsopties, goede agenda- en event-opties, goede werken in groepen opties. Zeer geschikt voor mobiel gebruik. Zeer goede ondersteuning bij implementatie en snelle, vriendelijke en deskundige helpdesk. Altijd antwoord binnen een dag.

Cons

Een heel enkel dingetje werkt niet helemaal lekker. Maar dat zijn futiliteiten. En als je dat meldt komen ze met een oplossing, of nemen ze het mee in de volgende update.

Reasons for choosing Plek

Slechte ervaring met Sharepoint in het verleden (veel te complex en ongebruiksvriendelijk) Ook duur. Embrace ook wat te complex en minder gebruiksvriendelijk, en duurder dan Plek. Betere ondersteuning en contact met mensen van Plek. Zij doen echt hun best om te helpen bij een goede implementatie en intranet tot een succes te maken voor jouw organisatie.

Pros

Eenvoudig communiceren met je team en partners.

Cons

Geen minpunten. De software werkt exact zoals beloofd. Er zijn nog wat features die op dit moment in ontwikkeling zijn. We kijken er naar uit om ook deze te gaan gebruiken.

Very responsive organization, in case of questions or issues quick resolution by account management or developing team

Pros

Ease of use to create library of knowledge assets, overview of sessions and homework assignments (with the onboarding tool).

Cons

Using the onboarding tool took a little time to learn.

It's ease of use for people who're not full time students, i.e. not using the software for core processes.

We willen niet meer zonder dit platform. Al onze interne communicatie verloopt via PLEK. Informatie die altijd en overal bereikbaar moet zijn staat in PLEK. Wanneer we alle medewerkers moeten bereiken dan sturen we een push bericht uit. We werken veel samen op het platform met medewerkers uit het hele land. Zo zijn we meer een team en zijn de communicatielijnen kort.

Pros

Ons Intranet is in een zeer korte periode succesvol geïmplementeerd in onze organisatie. Door de medewerkers een keer persoonlijk op weg te helpen was het platform direct bekend en zijn we er vol mee aan de slag gegaan. Het is eenvoudig in gebruik, overal bereikbaar via de app, bevordert samenwerking organisatie overkoepelend.

Cons

De chat functionaliteiten zijn niet zo uitgebreid als WhatsApp en werkt minder prettig. Dat maakt dat medewerkers nog snel geneigd zijn WhatsApp te blijven gebruiken. Het zoeken door documenten werkt in de app niet prettig.
