Customer support is readily available. They keep updating their feature offerings. I am using their PCI vault service. Their platform is very secure for the stored data. I could quickly set up my forms with their templates and customer support's help. They take into consideration the feature requests by the users as well. Pros They have a great feature set. It is very easy to create automated workflows, view the data, receive payments and export the data. They have a variety of templates to get started. They take data security seriously and have MFA enabled. I use their PCI Vault service and it is very reliable. If stuck anywhere, their knowledgeable customer service is readily available. I would highly recommend this product. Cons Nothing as such. The user interface is slick, making it a joy to navigate. However, keep in mind that the free version has its quirks, and if you want the full superhero experience, you might need to shell out a bit. Pros y! EmailMeForm rocks because it's crazy easy to make forms. Drag, drop, boom - you got a form. And guess what? It's like a mind reader for responses. You get notified, organized, and can analyze data without breaking a sweat. Cons One drawback could be that the free version has some limitations, like fewer features and branding on your forms. If you're a heavy user, the pricing for premium plans might be a consideration. I didn't choose the program, but I did use it for years. I'm glad we finally ditched it, but I don't like the form-creation tool we have now either. Pros I loved how highly customizable every form was. It was also easy to decide how to share it and who could access it and when they could access it. It was easy to brand and the drag and drop was easy to use. Cons It was almost impossible to collaborate with, and files were inaccessible outside the administrator suite. They have a lot of good templates to help you create new forms, and all the necessary features that you can imagine to need are there. Cons Sincerely, I can not think about anything I do not like it. Maybe it will be better if they offer help via phone, but they have been so fast, that for us in particular, that is not an issue. Cons Functionality is good, but the form editing is not quite as user friendly as I would want -- have to know basic html coding in order to add font enhancements or hyperlinks. Most free webforms did not support attachments. Most other webform formats were undesirable or the management interfaces were cumbersome and were unusable by non-technical people. EmailMeForms provides all necessary features at a great yearly-subscription price. Only in the first couple weeks did I need to contact support and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. They even temporarily upgraded my subscription without cost while fixing a problem with our original subscription feature. Since those first couple weeks of setup, we have had absolutely no problems receiving submitted form data and attachments. Pros The price point was great for our low-volume needs. We pay a fraction of the cost of other online-form apps, but we still get functional, useful forms that fulfill our needs. The compact, traditional forms are desirable above other modern formats of competitors. File attachments are available for the the lowest paid tier without additional cost. Cons Without paying for custom implementation, the basic form subscription lacks the ability to provide useful logic to the form. The next higher tier provided some form logic, but it was very limited and seemed awkward in my testing. Reasons for choosing EmailMeForm The key factor compared to all the other sites/apps was the overall cost. Some form websites offered similar features, but the cost was prohibitive for our low volumes... not worth the subscription prices.
