I highly recommend and in particular for companies that maybe don't have a Marketing or IS department that can help create forms that can capture signature, or to create surveys or other forms quickly.. Pros The ease in use and functionality. All my staff was able to learn the product to update and create new forms that use to be down manually that we can send out electronically. Pros I love how easy it is to use and how the format doesn’t change. Cons I wish there was phone support, or the features could be unlocked at a bit of a cheaper rate. I also wish I could use emailmeform as a program for my clients to use. Would be helpful if they could log in and see their data and etc, but I’d need an unlimited amount of users for that. Pros If you need a hosted form solution EmailMeForm provides easy to setup forms with generous submission limits and the ability for customers to upload files. Cons If a form fails (due to an email address problem for example) there is no automatic notification. You can use it literally for anything you need where you’re looking for feedback. Cons Some of the types of questions you can put into your form don’t always come out in a way that’s easy to use on a spreadsheet, so there are some workarounds that you have to figure out. EmailMeForm makes it easy to make simple looking response forms that people can fill out with relative ease. I have put several subscription lists together as well as launched data verification projects with EmailMeForm that could have been far more complicated without this resource. Pros EmailMeForm makes putting surveys and response forms together a breeze. Instead of wasting time with backend work, I can just click a couple of things and get to collecting data. These forms embed nicely in websites or I can simply share links with folks. Cons The only issue I have had so far is the lack of a forced ranking question. I love how they stay current with laws and requirements and pass that info down to users (in case they missed it) . Pros The biggest value I find compared to other options is the ability to copy a form. This is especially important after you've worked through complicated logic that you need to use in another form. Cons The only thing that I can think of is the formatting, features and customization could use some help. It's not horrible but formatting is not the easiest to work with. It saves me time. Pros The adaptability of the software has made it very easy to customize a form for use in a medical practice. Cons The ability to print out forms as they appear on the form itself is limited. It would be nice to be able to print out an editable version that appears much like the form as it appears online. Cons I would like for there to be an app that is linked with the software so I can check and edit forms on my phone. October 23, 2019 4.0 We are using this software for all supply requisitions and staff travel requests. We have the form set up for routing to supervisors for approval, so that once a supervisor replies that the request is approved, I can go ahead and process the supply order or staff travel arrangements. We have responses coming to one separate email to keep these requests all in one place. It has helped streamline the ordering and travel process immensely. Pros Easy setup - none or very little coding knowledge necessary depending on how complicated your form needs to be. Cons Has a few hiccups with particular browsers from time to time... We use it for gathering interest forms for our programs, reporting volunteer time, tracking items donated, completing applications, staff surveys... anywhere we need to aggregate information and be able to export it to an excel sheet. Pros EmailMeForm lets us collect a variety of data, survey style, and then export into excel for tracking, reporting or analyzing. Cons I would like to see a way to more easily copy or add fields into the form where they will be, rather than at the end of the form and trying to drag it to it's correct position. I would also like the option to have multiple user logins for the same account. Pros We use email form exclusively because the forms give us the flexibility our business requires. It provides us with the ability to have our clients complete even the most complex agreements and transmit them to us immediately were by snail mail would have required days. Pros I love that I can send out and receive via email custom made questionnaires to clients so that I can have a streamlined way to sort through my records. Cons Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out some of the customization options, but eventually with little tweaks here and there it gets easier. We also found other uses in tracking student behaviors and reviewing feedback from colleagues on classroom observations. Pros I appreciate the flexibility to create forms to fit our needs. We are able to conduct instructional walk-throughs, record student behaviors, communicate with parents from this one application. The data collection tool allows us to review our work and make educational and instructional decisions at a glance.
