May 12, 2020 5.0 We have used this service for a long time, maybe for the last 6 years. And it has been a pleasure in all senses. We like a lot the fact that you can insert the HTML code very easily anywhere. Pros Easy to use, powerful features, great customer service, and very reasonable price. They have a lot of good templates to help you create new forms, and all the necessary features that you can imagine to need are there. Cons Sincerely, I can not think about anything I do not like it. Maybe it will be better if they offer help via phone, but they have been so fast, that for us in particular, that is not an issue. Review Source MR Meaza R. Pros We love being able to offer our applications online and the compilation into databases we can download for our records. Cons Sometimes people have to redo and resubmit their application without knowing the first one failed. We’ve been told this depends on the browser they use so would love for that glitch to be fixed. It happens in groups it seems but not super frequently. Reason for choosing EmailMeForm We didn’t know of any others like it and it definitely was better than google docs which we used. Support was right there to get me exactly what i needed in a VERY timely manner. To me, that was HUGE. Pros The software is easy to use if I need to edit or change something as my business needs change. Cons Once in a while my clients get error messages in the field their email address is required. Pros The best thing about this is that I was able to keep track of who was interested in my information. I needed to know who was interested and a way for them to contact me as well. Cons The cons about this form software is that it was not as professional and did not have many templates that I thought was helpful. October 23, 2019 4.0 Pros I like the fact that it covers every area of form usage: Auto response, confirmation messages, integrations with other software, and complete functionality. I also appreciate the fact that the developer continues to grow and expand the product with updates and improvements. The software is improved and advanced from when I first began using it. We have also created self-assessments​ that we use for current and prospective clients. Pros I like that you can make many different types of forms that can all be inserted into your own personalized template. Everything is easily shared and all responses can be directed to the appropriate individual(s). Cons It can take some time to learn how to create forms in the exact way you imagine them to work. I have about 8 different forms I use, I can easily create a new form from an existing one and make the changes to customize very quickly. This integration works easily with my WIX websites. I have referred several other travel agencies and I haven't heard a complaint yet. Pros easy to use, easy to customize, easy to pull data. Works exactly as I hoped it would. I tested lots of different platforms and emailmeform had the best functionality, yet was also affordable. Emailmeform has enabled me to survey students and parents, book parent interviews, register for events and lots more. Pros I like the large variety of options that enable me to capture specific data I need. Cons Took a bit of getting used to the last update in terms of the interface. Good flexibility in adding different style forms (ie photo attachments, tiered membership levels, etc.) Pros The ease of use, including the ability to integrate boolian logic (if/then) onto forms. The ability to stylize the autoresponding forms, so the user has the ability to verify their field entries, avoiding time consuming changes because of typos or inaccuracies. Ease of use is a major time saving advantage. Cons The inability to have more extensive boolian logic choices such as if/then/not if, etc. The inability to stylize text or other means to increase emphasis on a form. Review Source RS Renee S. It allows us to use the data in multiple formats and emails the forms to our students/customers. Can have multiple members working on the same form. Cons the emailing response section is not intuitive, but once you figure out how to get to the section, it is easy. It doesn't save as you are creating. (as Google Form does). Cons Users frequently have trouble getting the forms to accept their work. I believe the error is related to having too many words in limited length forms. The software could help by adding more flexibility for users. Also, image uploads could be made more flexible and allow for larger images.
