From its templates to its interface, everything is easy to use and explore. However, it offers little value on its free plan. Pros What I really like about EmailMeForm is its templates are all customizable. Not to mention that it has an easy drag and drop interface which is perfect even for beginners. Cons What I dislike about EmailMeForm is the constant pop-ups at free plan. It is easy to use and is very customizable to fit any need we can think of. The simple links, rules, email notifications, and data manager all contribute to making our lives easier. Pros Accomplishes what we need in a simple and easy way. Cons Some of the advanced features (like logic and rules) are a little bit harder to figure out, but not bad after trial and error. Compared to the rates charged by other sites, this option makes EmailMeForm basically seem free. Other sites make you build your own surveys anyway, so no reason to choose them over EmailMeForm! Pros Pricing and customization. Very affordable, and the logic & pricing methods make it a dream. Cons Not modern looking or pretty in customer end presentation by any POV. Review Source CH Cam H. It was able to collect various data according to my needs for the trip. Pros Once it was set up (which was not difficult to do), I rarely had to give much attention to the software. The exceptions were when I had to make updates based upon my business trends and that was only 1x or 2x per year. Even with that intermittent use, it was intuitive to return and make changes to the form without difficulty or forgetting how to do it. Cons The only thing I can think of is that it wasn't embedded in my new website. That would have allowed me to continue using it. Review Source MD Mark D. I found EmailMeForm on Google and it was just what I was looking for. This happened a few years ago. Pros It's simple, easy to use, fairly complete Cons The layout of the forms can be improved. I have now replaced most of our traditional paper forms with EmailMeForms. The software is easy to use and the data is all in one place and secure. We are very happy with this solution for our church. Pros This software is super simple to learn and use. It's also very flexible so that I can use if for every situation where I need people to sign up for events, provide feedback from events, and for surveys. When I send a link to a form, the forms display beautifully on smartphones and computers. We were able to brand our forms so that our people know that they are completing data that is for us and will be safe. Cons It was hard to get our logo to the correct size to brand our forms. It's extremely convenient for parents and administrators, and easy to integrate into our own website. Pros It's very stable and I love the integration features like live reporting to Google Sheets. I am able to share that with any user that needs this information quickly. This saves so much time because I don't have to run a new report every time my administrator wants updated information. However, keep in mind that the free version has its quirks, and if you want the full superhero experience, you might need to shell out a bit. Pros y! EmailMeForm rocks because it's crazy easy to make forms. Drag, drop, boom - you got a form. And guess what? It's like a mind reader for responses. You get notified, organized, and can analyze data without breaking a sweat. Cons One drawback could be that the free version has some limitations, like fewer features and branding on your forms.
