I appreciate the return message when I ask for it. Pros That it does what I needed at the time I was looking on how to create online forms. I will stay with your service as long as my business is alive! Cons There is nothing I don't like about the software - wish there was a way you could set up a database driven option - so I could be a like a programmer without having to learn the coding and setting up the server, etc. Reason for choosing EmailMeForm Because you were available and easy to learn. Pros I really like all of the options that are available in EmailMeForm. You can customize for a campaign as well as use standard features. I especially like the “logic” feature. Pros This was a big step up from what were using to collect member information. We like the ability to collect data fields as well as file uploads. Cons Functionality is good, but the form editing is not quite as user friendly as I would want -- have to know basic html coding in order to add font enhancements or hyperlinks. Pros I love the fact that it’s very easy to use and beginner friendly. I can collect customers data very easy with this software for multiple purposes. The features are amazing. The could upload images for evidence. We then progressed to parent surveys and now use it to collect data from teachers, students and parents. It's flexible and easy to use. Pros The ability to upload files is the main reason I started using EmailMe. Cons It needs more storage space for uploads. Pros It is very user friendly. I have a travel business and it allows me to create and store multiple electronic forms in one location. Creating the forms are very easy and my clients have no issues using them. Cons The cost is a bit much as I have an extra layer of security added to protect my clients' personal information; but that's a small price to pay for security.
