This remains the easiest and most value-forward product in our suite. It spans all our operations and makes documenting processes so easy that we don't have to hound our staff to document things - they prefer to do it anyway because it's easy and makes their next pass at a process a piece of cake. The support is almost as amazing as the product itself. Pros \-Easy to make checklists, whether you're importing, making from scratch, or using the AI assistance -Beautiful user interface. -Great permission and team controls -Reasonable price point -Feature-rich checklists (you can add details, links, lists, subtasks, images, automations, conditional behaviors, and more) -Good reporting -Good exporting capabilities -Excellent Teams integration (fully functional product right in a Teams tab you can pin), including the ability to use webhooks to send notifications in Teams channels -SSO capabilities that are easy to configure And the support is insane - bugs are fixed in under 24 hours. I'm not kidding; I've actually engaged Support 4 times and each time the bug is fixed by the time I log on the following day. I can't speak highly enough about the experience. Cons There's literally not 1 thing. Both the old and new interfaces are robust and intuitive, the support is great, the features are plentiful. It's just all great here.
