Owner Telecommunications Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Keep on top of your repetitive tasks" June 5, 2022 5.0 Manifestly has been great to use. It is an important part of my business. Whenever I work on long term projects, I end up placing the repetitive tasks that come out of it as part of Manifestly. Over the years, Manifestly has also improved in its UX, making it simpler to use. Pros Manifestly closes a gap for me of handling repetitive tasks that either happen on a weekly/monthly cadence or those that happen once an event occurs, like someone making a purchase of a report or a course online. This in turn keeps me on top of the tasks I need to do and makes sure I make less mistakes in my business. Cons Manifestly is great. Manager Real Estate Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Missing a lot of features" December 11, 2020 3.0 It was good at first, but I found it was lacking a lot of features, so it almost seemed like it was more of an annoyance for my team than them seeing the big benefit. Pros Manifest.ly is a very good starter product. It has a simple workflow and very basic features. It helps you understand how to use the conditional logic and it has a pretty good UI. The cost is very in expensive. Cons The product is too basic and very elementary. It seems to have a lot of missing features that would be very beneficial such a "Date" for data entry rather than "Short Answer" In addition, if it had the option of putting in a date I would be able to have certain tasks due based on that date. June 7, 2022 5.0 We looked at a number of checklist/workflow tools, but Manifestly was the easiest to deploy and hit the ground using. We've found \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the Manifestly team to be great partners, who listen to our feedback and act upon it. Pros We use Manifestly to run many repeatable aspects of our business, including administration, content creation, marketing, client onboarding (and offboarding), employee onboarding and offboarding and much more. The Manifestly interface is easy to get used to, and our entire team (and external contractors) use it. We've integrated Manifestly with Slack and this works well for us. Support is great with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]and his team responding quickly, with patience and understanding. Cons The software very occasionally experiences a timeout, but is quickly available again. Pros It's really great for to-do lists that you use over and over again. If you update the master list, it can update all other lists that use that master. Really great for helping make sure that you do not miss a step in a process. Since using Manifestly, I forget less important details in long processes that I repeat frequently. Cons I don't have many complains about Mainfestly. Sometimes the interface can be a little confusing, but it's minimal. Great program. January 20, 2022 5.0 Very easy to use and definitely was very easy to train additional team members how to use Pros It was easy to set up, navigate and create workflows and checklists Cons I can't say that there is anything I disliked. The only missing feature in the software was the lack of fireworks, confetti once you completed a checklist. However, in direct contact with the owner of the software, they got to work and created that function. Pros I like that we can make a list for just about everything we need and customize it to get the best results. If something needs to be changed midway, it allows us to make those changes. Manifestly has been the perfect tool to prevent this from happening and allow me to rest assured things are being taken care of—and if they aren't, I'll know about it. Pros That you can easily generate multiple versions of the same checklist with tasks already assigned. I also appreciate all the flexibility that's built in.
