We went with the hosted solution and have been very impressed with application availability and had no down time whatsoever.

Pros

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] provides the best support for any application I have ever used. He is very eager to get feedback and is truly focused on making Doc Sheets the best solution in the industry. Upgrades are clearly communicated and releases are coordinated very well.

Cons

I honestly have no real cons with using this software, other than we are using it in a slightly different then originally intended. This is not really a con, as Doc Sheets has entertained several enhancements that improved the overall experience of the application.
