Pros

The software is easy to deploy and administer. It allows for private and conspicuous deployment to workstations.

Cons

The deployment for remote workstations (offsite) is difficult at best. It requires a thorough understanding of networking to allow the appropriate ports and protocols through on both ends of the connection.

Pros

very robust system that has a lot of functionality. the training was good. would have been nice to have that included in the initial setup

Cons

too complicated to navigate - need to convert to app based system with simple navigation - make it look and function like an iphone
