Pros

Very clean interface, everything makes sense organizationally speaking, and most importantly, it integrates right into our CRM software.

Cons

Nothing really. Once in a blue moon there is a deliverability glitch but in the (I think) almost year we've been using it I can only recall 2 times, and I'm the only user.

Pros

A single point of contact for all texting needs. From filtering to one-to-one messaging, Avochato is a great solution for your texting needs.

Cons

Mobile app needs some work. Functionality​ doesn't match the website feature list.

Pros

Avochato’s integration with Shopify gives us the ability to contact our customer through the most relevant means — text messages. This feature is a bonus on top of Avochato’s use of use.

Pros

I love that I am able to send a simple message to my customer and subscribers to promote my business and roll out new promotions. It's easy to use and it has proven to be safe.

Cons

I have used this software a few times and it was hard to understand at first, but it gets easier the more I use it.

Pros

It's really beautifully designed and is very easy to use. I've proposed it for a number of clients that have a lot of customer requests to manage, and they've loved it. The slack integration has made it super simple to respond to customer messages without having to leave the tools they use every day, and customers get the experience of real-time, responsive support.

Cons

Honestly, that it wasn't out sooner. I had wanted an Android version for a while but they have already developed it and it works great.

Pros

Ease of use and implementation. Avochato is very user friendly and pretty straight forward to use. We have orders sent in via text from one of our bigger volume clients and is a very efficient method of taking orders in. Support is very helpful and responsive.

Overall, very positive experience. Would highly recommend it to others running campaigns, be it in marketing or politics.

Pros

Fantastic to use in coordinating text campaigns. Simply not comparable to just using cellphones and what not. Relatively easy to use.

Cons

However, the big challenge was that when our team had sent +7,000 text messages, the platform became a bit slow / chunky and it was difficult to sort through what was new and incoming messages. If they could optimize the user experience so that it doesn't slow down performance should you get a ton of messages (and can easily sort through them), this would make the product perfect.

Im solving the problem of not being in front of clients when it matters. People check text messages and as long as you are not bombarding them with meaningless stuff they don't seem to mind. Keep it simple and only send out 1 message a month and make it count.

Pros

This software is so easy to use and even more so is the customer support. They respond quickly and help me with any questions or "how to's". This has increased my engagement by about 30% to be honest. Sending out emails for events or promotions just wasn't cutting it, it goest to junk mail or get's lost in all the junk email. Ive definetly made my ROI from the monthly 100%. The only regret I have is not finding it sooner. Also love that when they call it can be fwd to our office phone!

Cons

The fact that when a broadcast goes out and people start to respond as it's still pushing out the broadcast it doesn't push the people that respond to the top of the chain. Although it is easy to filter.

Pros

It was very intuitive to use and the ability to have multiple users was very effective.

Cons

I wish that you could somehow screen for texts that have been responded so that you can focus on most current responses. Really though, once I got the hang of it it wasn’t a big issue.
