Pros: 1. Ease of Use
2. Customer scoring and feedback collection
3. Ability to take pictures after job completion

Cons: 1. Sometimes the notifications become too much to handle. I guess since I am the admin user I get all the notifications others wouldn't be facing similar issues .

Overall: saved a lot of time and headache thanks to Trackone.

The flow is amazing and easy to use. I guess this is the best product currently in the market.

Pros: Any new functionality can be incorporated. No downtime have been so far.
The best part is the releases are well planned.

Overall: I have expanded the business with this product. The cost vs profit has been a great benefit. As a business, this product is rock solid.

Ease of use, excellent user interface, good response time with minimal latency. Excellent App.

Pros: Liked the real time tracking and monitoring of field workforce; Automated configuration of workflows and tasks using AI built into the application;Enabled with advance reporting reporting with data analytics capability;Overall order management is designed very well with ease of flow and usage;

Overall: Able to handle field workforce effectively with real time monitoring and tracking

Great on-boarding experience and my operations team is less stressful now.

Pros: 1. User Experience of the workforce App
2. Multi-lingual support. Having field workforce in different states within India, having a multi-lingual app makes life easier.

Cons: Nothing as of now. I have been using this for more than a year and I have seen new features being added almost every month. Any shortfall I feel is communicated to the team and they implement it right away. Notifications for fradulent customers is of great help.

Overall: 1. I have a complete view of where my field workforce is, at any point in time
2. Auto-assign is a blessing as the bot runs once every hour to assign the un-allocated jobs
3. Time saver
