I would be very willing to recommend Viventium. Pros It is a secure platform an I like how easy it is to navigate during onboarding. I was able to get through my onboarding without any confusion whatsoever. Also, it was quite easy and straightforward setting up my direct deposit. Cons So far, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about Viventum. It has been rightly serving its purpose. What stands out most is the simplicity. Whether I’m processing payroll, managing employee records, or handling onboarding, the interface is intuitive and doesn’t require a learning curve. I’ve used other systems before that felt clunky or overcomplicated, but Viventium keeps things clean and efficient. The payroll processing is a highlight; accurate, transparent, and customizable. Employees love being able to clearly see their hours and deductions, which cuts down on confusion and complaints. It makes payday feel less stressful for everyone. Their customer support is also a big plus. Whenever I’ve had questions, I was able to get a real person on the phone quickly — and they were knowledgeable, not just reading from a script. Plus, having everything from benefits administration to compliance tracking in one place has saved me countless hours. It’s helped our team stay organized and focused on what really matters: supporting our staff and growing our business. Pros The most interesting part of VIVENTIUM is very much user friendly, easy to integrate & implement, reporting tools, can use frequently & responsive customer support. Cons Report builder is a very good feature of VIVENTIUM, but when I tried to get the value of number of generated paycheck for a certain week I didn't get the exact value of paychecks.
