I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR A CARD AND DEPOSITED $1500 (£1200) AND THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL, RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING I SHOULD CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SUCCESS. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES OVER CHAT, OVER PHONE AND EMAIL THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY ARE JUST RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ISSUE. THEY KEEP SAYING MINE WAS ONLY A PRE AUTH BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AS MY BANK ALSO CONFIRMED. I AM CURRENTLY DISPUTING THIS VIA MY BANK AS IT IS POINTLESS TO TALK TO THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
