No one has responded back to me. Wasted over $200 for something I am not going to be able to use. Pros I did not like anything about this google extension. They make it seem as if you can send mass emails and that is not the case. It is simply a website that helps you build newsletters, etc. Cons My emails would get flagged and sent to my client's spam folder when using a newsletter made via elink.io. The issue came with customer service or lack thereof. And also the lack of transparency in their pricing. It seemed deceitful. Pros Very easy to use and I very much liked the RSS feature. Cons Customer service is extremely bad and their pricing seemed inconsistent. Price says one thing on the website but the invoice came back with extra charges. Be careful! Response from Vendor September 7, 2021 Hi, our pricing is stated on the pricing page and is very straight forward so there is no room for error, but if you can show us what you are referring to we would be happy to address. The only way you will be ever be charged more on the bill than what you see on the upgrade screen is if you add another user to your team later and even that has a notification saying that you are adding a paid seat. You have decided to be anonnymous user so we can't reach out to you but would love for you to reach out to us if you have any concerns. Our pricing has been the same for last 4 years. KM Kathy M. As well as being able to have the ability to have the rss feed. But.. I think it's also fair though, after all these are features that are priced for a reason. My students enjoy it as well. Pros The product is relatively easy to use, although I do find some of my students have difficulty. There are online tutorials for those who need more support. I love it because it is an easy and fun way for students to research a topic. I also use it to create a collection of articles and videos on a specific subject, i.e. Classroom Management or Technology Tools. I am then able to set up a discussion board asking them to review one of the articles and make a post as well as comments on other students posts. Cons I only use it once or twice a semester, so it is a little pricey. However, I was just informed there is a 40% educator's discount which is helpful!
