Die SW funktioniert zwar stabil und auch über die Response vom Kundenservice kann ich nicht klagen. Unsere Service-Personal ist jedoch unzufrieden (siehen oben) und wünscht sich eine "professionelle Lösung". Pros Mir gefällte, dasss die SW auf Android läuft und damit hardwareunabhängig ist. Auch die Möglichkeit von überall jederzeit auf den Admin-Teil zugreifen zu können ist tll. Damit kann man Anpassungen machen, ohne den Betrieb zu stören. Cons \- In der Schweiz funktioniert einzig die Anbidung an Sumup und das ist keine professionelles Zahlungssystem (sehr langsam), andere Hardware ist hier nicht erhältlich - das System ist eher für einen Shop als für die Gastronomie ausgelegt. Auf die Wünsche der Gastronomie scheint man sich zu futieren - Tickets werden vorzeitig geschlossen ohne dass eine Lösung gefunden wird.. Ein paar Anmerkungen dazu: 1) Tatsächlich wird unser System mehrheitlich in der Gastronomie genutzt. 2) Aktuell können wir unsere eigene Hardware noch nicht in die Schweiz liefern, da die Software aber hardwareunabhängig funktioniert, steht es Dir frei, Geräte Deiner Wahl zu nutzen, mit denen das Service-Personal zufriedener ist. 3) Derzeit ist SumUp unser einziger integrierter Payment-Partner in der Schweiz. Es steht Dir aber frei eine andere Payment-Lösung zu nutzen. Das ist auch ohne Schnittstelle zur Kasse möglich. Liebe Grüße in die Schweiz! CP Carina P. Als ich das nicht akzeptieren wollte, da sich am Service und der Leistung nichts verändert hat, hat man mir erklärt, dass ich mein Jahresabo 2 Monate zuvor hätte kündigen müssen und dies nun nicht mehr möglich ist. Man hätte es in einem Mail erwähnt, das würde als Ankündigung reichen. Zufällig war genau dieses Mail nicht in meinem Posteingang, im Gegenteil, eine Ankündigung der anstehenden Aboverlängerung, an der alles wie gehabt sei. Nach langem Streit, habe ich nachgegeben, weil ein Rechtsstreit in dem Fall nicht rentabel ist und ich denke genau damit wurde in meinem Fall spekuliert, dennoch will ich alle warnen. Ich habe zum nächstmöglichen Termin gekündigt. Es gibt andere, billigere Anbieter, die das Selbe anbieten. Danke dafür...! :-) Pros Der kleine ReadyGo ist aufgrund seiner Größe ideal für Markt oder Foodtruck und mit dem integrierten Barcode Scanner können die ausgegebenen Gutscheine schnell eingelesen werden. Mit dem ebenfalls integrierten Kartenleser kann ich meinen Gästen Rundum-Service bieten. Der Akku hält einen langen Arbeitstag gut durch und auch der Bondrucker hat bisher keine Probleme gemacht. In der Verwaltungsoberfläche muss man sich erst einmal zurecht finden, hat dann aber alles, was es zum Betrieb braucht. Und sogar der Steuerberater ist mal zufrieden ;-) Cons Die Lizenzkosten sind recht hoch, aber im Vergleich mit ähnlichen Systemen auch kein großer Ausreißer. Jeder unserer Mitarbeiter kann nach kurzer Einweisung damit umgehen.. Pros Verständliche Handhabung der Kassenoberfläche. Freundliche Mitarbeiter vom Service, die sich sehr gut mit dem Produkt auskennen und bis jetzt jede Frage beantworten konnten. Cons Da gibt es noch nichts, was wir bemängeln könnten.
