"Customer service is missing"

**Overall:** Several issues with the taxes and customer support.

**Pros:** There was a good tool at the beginning of the setup.

**Cons:** I'm very disappointed regarding paycove. I have contacted the customer service regarding the global rounded taxes issues SO MANY TIMES. Currently this issue is not solved and our clients send us several pain messages regarding this. We lost clients because of this and we can't accept this anymore. We also report a pipedrive sync issue but it's not solved currently. Furthermore, the customer service is very slow when i send bug alerts in the chatbox.

"Very Effective At What It Does"

**Pros:** Paycove is integral for our various backend processes, including managing invoices, delivering accurate information for each of our clients, and ensuring that our CRM software is well synchronized with customer invoice information

**Cons:** Depending on your CRM, it can be difficult to integrate into your existing workflow. We personally used Pipedrive and it worked like a charm, but when considering other CRM alternatives such as Zoho, it was a little bit harder to hook into our already established processes.
