Pros

The amount of users we can have under only one subscription plan, the price, the easy of use for the team.

Cons

Configuring the templates is not as easy. You need to understand HTML language in order to create a proper template, and the tokens are not always evident to use to populate while configuring.

Cons

Le raccord avec Pipedrive. A chaque modification sur Pipedrive, il est nécessaire de supprimer le devis et d'en éditer un nouveau.

Pros

The ease of creating quotes and invoices directly from HubSpot is seamless. Customers being able to accept a quote, choose multiple methods including ACH, and paying directly from the invoice were massive deciding factors for my organization.

Cons

Setting up recurring payments was not an intuitive process.
