Have been able to migrate to Gamooga and perform multiple campaigns.

Pros

The support provided by the team is top-class. They are available round the clock and cater to our requirements with expertise.

Cons

The UX for email creation and the analytics dashaboard can be improved. Also some inconsistencies since the emailing service is through another platform called Karix.

Our customers are very happy. We are able to communicate with them using dynamic/personalised content due to which they are visiting our website more often. This is resulting in increased checkouts.

Pros

Highly technical tool with a Journey builder that can practically build any logical flow imaginable. The support team is very skilled and highly responsive. With the help of this product we are able to send personalised and dynamic content to our customers.checkouts Have increased significantly and showing a healthy boost in revenue.

Cons

The user interface, as of now it is very functional. Add a better look and feel to the UI and it will certainly be the leading product in the market.

The product as a whole is huge and has immense scope. The major idea behind the product to provide 1:1 visitor targeting is unique and the best among its competitors. We have been using Gamooga for the past 2 months and we feel like we have barely scratched the surface yet.
