Pros: We have been using BizPortals 365 for quite some time and its robust document management and easy task management are life saver. The best thing about this app is its easy learning curver. Not only we can now collaborate easily on all documents but they are parked in a safe place as well. The ability to easily see the different versions of the document is a plus point too. We work on multiple projects and it is important for us to manage the related tasks and complete them in a timely manner. The project management feature is quite useful and the views we get via Gantt charts and Kanban boards quickly give the view required to see the overall progress. It helps us save lot of time during meetings. Most importantly, as we are on Office 365, its quick integration with BizPortals 365 helped us save time and money!

Other useful features for our team members:

- Content library

- eForms that helped us replace lot of paper work in the office

- All HR information available centrally

- Easily organized company structure into department and sites

- Powerful search and ability to save search criteria

- Reporting and analytics

- Chat, email, phone, video conferencing etc.

Cons: We use other tools to manage different parts of businesses. So, it would be helpful if they start providing integration with 3rd party tools we well. Also, as of now the app is responsive, but a separate mobile app will make things absolutely fantastic.

Overall: Document and project management were our pain-points. In one of the virus attacks, we lost our important documents and the application that we were using at that time was not able to retrieve them for us. The robust document management of BizPortals 365 is the feature we love most. Now, we can house all our documents in once place, assign access rights and collaborate easily in a secured environment. The Project Management module helps us monitor the overall project progress and look at the details at the same time.

Pros: - extensive and useful functionality beyond the typical intranet - project management, forms, etc. We got rid of our previous document management solution and are using BizPortals 365 as a solution for many different areas

- quick setup - it is a turnkey product (we had some customization done), but our intranet was up and running in one week!

- cost - very affordable especially for the value that you get

- support and customer service - the team there is great and are always accessible and can do anything that you may need. Very flexible and resourceful.

Cons: - UI - the UI is good, but can be better. They do update frequently so they are always improving the product.

- Office 365 based. Luckily we are on Office 365 and SharePoint. If not, I don't think they can accommodate us, but I am not 100% sure.

Overall: - central place for my employees and their work

- keeps us and our business more organized, connected, and informed

- no worry about information getting lost because it is on the cloud
