Pros
It was great and I am so glad it happened at the beginning of the year, it was definitely a NEED.
Honestly, I love the visual appeal the most, the reports are pleasant to look at and I also love the amount of customization that you can do with the reports.
My clients are very happy with the management reports that I send to them each month as they are professional and easy to read. I do recommend it for any type and size of an entity.
It is easy and intuitive to use, they listen to my suggestions in terms of new functionality, and their customer service is great (easy to get hold of, very friendly and professional).
Cons
One thing that I don't like, is it seems to have a long lag time between the integration with QuickBooks.
The product recently changed its layout which was confusing at first.
Haven not worked on the program long enough to have any dislikes at this point.
Not used that much to be able to write a review the reports but struggled to customise reports.

Cons: Honestly - there is nothing I can say that I don't like about this product. I would have to dig deep to find something. I can only say I WISH I was better at using - but that is On ME as the opportunity to learn is there, ALWAYS someone available to respond to your inquiry and there is Syft Campus - which has been helpful too.Perhaps there could be some "online boot camp" week long session(s)/education (to make me dedicate the uninhibited time to focus my learning to become an expert user). In a time where online learning/self-service is prevalent, having a cohort with dedicated time together in learning sessions uninterrupted might be a great catalyst to onboarding and becoming an expert user (my ultimate goal).

Pros: It’s firstly aesthetically pleasing. It’s is minimal, readable and not filled with overwhelming amount of data and information. It is straight forward and can be used on most devices anywhere. It is understandable as people with little knowledge on accounting softwares can still make use of it and find it helpful in performing tasks they otherwise could not perform on their own.
Cons: It may not be easily accessible to other individuals due to its pricing.

Pros: I can use this for multiple clients, all for one pretty low fee, to stimulate conversations and pitch for value added work
Cons: Takes a fair bit to set up to make it bespoke, but the customer support is excellent and they will work with you until you are happy with it.

Pros: It's feasible and easy to comprehend. It has appropriate application controls put in hand and it was simple to identify how controls work especially with how unauthorised changes in a Masterfile are prevented.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. I find the software perfectly fine, and I do not have any issues with it.

Pros: I am a university student and we recently had to use Syft for our project and I found it t be very user friendly. It was easy to use and understand. I highly recommend it for your accounting needs.
Cons: There is really nothing I would change about the software. I am curious to learn more about what the system can do and use it to its full capacity
"Consolidations in real time"
Overall: Overall, we are quite happy with Syft and its ability to present a consolidated Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements on a consolidated basis and over several periods of time, in real time. We use it regularly for most of our reporting needs.
Pros: We needed a way to report on a consolidated basis in real time. Syft can pull information from our accounting software in real time and perform the consolidation. It has the ability to drill down the information as well which is very helpful and better than many of the other reporting software packages I've used in the past.
Cons: The Cash flow statement doesn't work all that well and often has bugs. We aren't really able to use it in its current form. We hope that Syft builds out the cash flow statement functionality further to present more inline with the requirements of GAAP.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Using Syft Analytics provided me with an amazing experience.

Overall: Customer service is always great and the data aggregated into one tool is priceless!
Pros: The fact that we were able to consolidate all of our sales channels into one report made filing taxes this year super easy.
Cons: For me, the interface could use a little sprucing up. For my my accounting team that is used to staring at blank, bland spreadsheets all day, they found the app very easy to use.

Cons: I did wish I could have proforma data (for the current month, for example) but it's great to analyze how your company is performing to date.

Pros: I liked the ability to connect to various data sources and analyze their data using a range of tools and techniques. The visualization aspects were great and helped us to understand our business situation much quicker.
Cons: It wasn't the easiest to use or understand right away. Making it even easier to work with would be a huge benefit. I should say that it is easier than some other software but easier in general is always better.
