There was no training provided during the start. We had to figure out everything. Thier inventory didn't work so they gave excess to supply note system. Pros Integrations are good with all partners. Menu update is seamless. Cons They give u account manager who never picks up the call when it is required. No escalation works. The reporting apps and dashboards provide a lot of visibility of the business along with an advanced CRM system which allows us to reach out to customers smartly. Pros Ease Of Use: My staff was using an old customised POS system since 15 years but they didn't take much time to get used to this POS due to its easy to understand features. Order Management: Integrations with 3rd parties ensure all orders get automatically punched into the software thereby saving us a lot of time that would otherwise have been spent in punching the orders manually. Cons LimeTray's POS software is always evolving hence there is limited time for the user to be unhappy about.
